Went for Easter brunch with my boyfriend and his mom. Upon entering I was floored by how many people were packed into this relatively small space. We’re sure this wasn’t up to code. We were seated and had begun to have Easter brunch, everything seemingly going ok. Because of food allergies, we asked questions at the buffet. The manager answered the questions and /offered/ to get desserts that were not exposed to nuts for my bf’s mom. That’s important. I had to abstain from many things and nothing was clearly marked as GF. After two passes at the buffet chaos ensued. My bf’s mom left her purse at the table, because we’d been there for less than an hour and why would anyone take it? As we came back, we saw they were clearing our table. And surprise, no purse in sight. Rightly so, my boyfriend’s mom was worried as to what happened to her belongings. We were told they had moved it to the reception desk without asking us if we were done. The manager apologized for 5 seconds and walked away. We thought this was a pitiful attempt at apologizing and were given the excuse of “It’s busy.” What really floored me was that Nicole, the mom, was offered a shot of limoncello ‘for the misunderstanding’ and it was by all intents and purposes “on the house”. My bf accepted it, because he wasn’t DD, and they brought it out. Then the bill: not only after all of the commotion that was entirely their fault, they charged us for the ‘for your trouble’ shot of limoncello, the desserts that hadn’t been exposed to nuts which were the exact same ones out on the buffet table, and a large party gratuity fee- us being only 3 people. After we expressed not wanting to pay these additional items with the terrible service, they were obstinate and refused to take it off the bill. I’m honestly astounded by how greedy they are. ***It’s illegal for restaurants to charge a large party gratuity fee without disclosing it clearly, and seeing as how we were not notified of it until the bill and it wasn’t removed when we told them to- I can only guess the legality of this.*** We all decided we would never come back. This place is a joke 👎

Just had my first experience at Ciao Bella, and was blown away by the delicious food! Best fettuccine alfredo I've ever had! The fresh baked bread is so yummy, house salad is fresh and delicious and filled with veggies! This is definitely our new favorite Italian restaurant!

Kid-friendliness: My kids ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and the cheese ravioli! They loved them both!

We came tonight for my daughter’s 9th birthday and had a little hiccup with her steak temperature and our waitress Sidney and the owner were absolutely amazing. They really care about their patrons and remediated the problem very promptly. The owner of this establishment is one of the most kind people I have ever met. I highly recommend this restaurant ♥️

My wife ordered Polo Vesuvio I ordered Linguini Di Mare. I know there's different ways to make Vesuvio, so when my wife said dinner was fare I realize she is use to Harry Carays restaurant type Vesuvio. My dinner was simply put just bad. The scallops were the size of #2 pencil erasers, the shrimp was slightly over cooked, the Calamari were like rubberbands, the mussels and clams were ok the sauce was so watery it wood not coat the noodles, and taste the used milk instead of half and half or cream and butter. I give two stars for the noodles

My husband and I arrived at 4:45 pm, dining room was empty with the exception of one table. When the host brought us to a table for 2, I requested a 4 top. He stated it was Saturday and he couldn’t give us a larger table as he didn’t know if they would get busier. Again, 4:45, we would have eaten and gone by 6:30 at the latest. Well needless to say they were less busy when we left. Will never return to such an inhospitable and unwelcoming place.

Stopped here for lunch while we were in town. The food was absolutely amazing and they have many gluten free options. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the neighborhood!

Very cozy, casual but also appropriate to dress nice for. They had a handful of specials- burrata was sooo good! The menu is also pretty extensive- something for everyone! The bolognese sauce was really flavorful and filling. The service did take a while, but the restaurant was fully seated as well as the bar. Perhaps go on an off day if you’re in a hurry, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Our most recent dinner at Ciao Bella was a complete disappointment. The service was painfully slow, with our server seemingly MIA for long stretches. Water glasses sat dirty on the table, a gross oversight that made the whole experience feel sloppy.
The food was even worse. Our entrees arrived lukewarm, a surefire way to ruin any dish. The flavors were bland and uninspired, a far cry from the authentic Italian cuisine we were expecting.
Overall, Ciao Bella's lackluster service and subpar food left us feeling frustrated and underwhelmed. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Was there tonight, for my son and daughter in law's wedding dinner. There were 15 of us, and not one of us liked what we were served. My son was very disappointed that he had to pay so much for inedible food. The server was very slow, and sometimes ignored requests for drinks. We would have been better off going to Olive Garden! At least their portions are decent sized, and are flavorful. Also, if you get the side salad, it only comes with their house dressing...if you want, say Ranch, it was an upcharge. The minestrone soup was basically flavored water with over cooked veggies. It was served in a tiny bowl, with a huge spoon. I really felt bad for my son, who was looking forward to a wonderful meal, and didn't get it...and neither did the rest of us. Never will go back there again!

Excellent Food, great service. However, this is the second time I have visited on a Monday between 2-4pm where they served old bread. I mentioned it and was told the server told me “he doesn’t make it”. That is very disappointing. I would have never mentioned this but this is the second time this has happened in the not distant past. Owner please address. Love your food.
