I'll never understand how for some people it's so hard for them to do things correct. Like it's right in your face and you still mess it up. You know a big part of food safety is making sure you put the sandwich together correctly. If you can't do that you could put others in danger. And what sucks is while in the drive thru I could kinda tell as I was ordering it that they would mess it up because they didn't seem like they were taking anything serious. I think the night crew should be watched by management closely. Especially 106 george.

I swear they hire the nicest people to work at Culver's. They are always so friendly and have a great smile for everyone. Food was good- hot and fresh. I will go there again.
Dined in. Ordered ahead of time in Dec 5, 2024. Order was suppose to be ready at 7:15pm. I got to the counter at 7:18 pm and was told that they are working on the order. At 7:30 I went to another person and they came back with my meal that apparently had been sitting for an extended amount of time. All this tis me of waiting, I was standing in clear sight of the first person that I went to, to retrieve my order. That was a poor experience for me. One meal had lettuce, tomato and onion on it. Items we asked not to include. Another meal was missing the grilled onions that automatically come on the burger.

Cheeseburger and fries wasn't made fresh and they cold. The drive through and dine in wasn't even busy. Actually, both of the meals were cold when received them. Quality has deteriorated from the meals to employees.
