Dined in. Ordered ahead of time in Dec 5, 2024. Order was suppose to be ready at 7:15pm. I got to the counter at 7:18 pm and was told that they are working on the order. At 7:30 I went to another person and they came back with my meal that apparently had been sitting for an extended amount of time. All this tis me of waiting, I was standing in clear sight of the first person that I went to, to retrieve my order. That was a poor experience for me. One meal had lettuce, tomato and onion on it. Items we asked not to include. Another meal was missing the grilled onions that automatically come on the burger.

Cheeseburger and fries wasn't made fresh and they cold. The drive through and dine in wasn't even busy. Actually, both of the meals were cold when received them. Quality has deteriorated from the meals to employees.
Any Culver's experience is a good one in my opinion. Clean store, friendly staff and good food.

Worst grilled Reuben sandwich we've ever had. It was a real disappointment ! I'd suggested it to my husband because he loves a good Reuben and it was terrible..very little meat but alot of kraut,1000 island to the point it was oozing out all over when he tried to eat it...gross! Your sandwich quality should reflect the price you're charging for it.Overall I think Culver's has lost its spot in serving great food for reasonable prices,such a shame..do better Culvers..
