The manager came out of her establishment to the drive thru and attacked me because I was recording her and I asked for my money back! They gave me the wrong order and wanted me to move my car without giving me my money. I will be pressing charges against her! I have you on video! Good luck to you!! Video doesn’t lie!

Horrible store, they will call your work and tattle on you for not accepting their 3.5% charge for all debit or credit. I placed an order while driving for work, with no clue the charged for using debit or credit until I got to the window, so I asked if that's what they charged now. The girl nicely said yes and I nicely replied, oh thanks anyway and drive off. Sad thing is, I would purchase from them once a week but not anymore. You truly lost a good customer and now so has the crown point store which is closest to my house. Bye Felicia!UPDATE: The wacko owner stalked me all the way back to my work. Be careful people.

It's always such a pleasant experience here. Everyone is so friendly and up beat. The newer girl, Paxton, was great! She was a bit slower considering she was new, but her great customer service made up for it! I forgot I was even in an ice cream shop, she made me feel as if I was just chatting with an old friend! Everything about this place is just great.

Whomever was working the Saturday night shift while training tonight was absolutely crushing it!! She managed to mix two quarts of ice cream for us while managing the drive thru, training and taking in restaurant guests. She kept her composure and was kind under pressure. So appreciated this customer service!

My husband and I come here often because we live 5 minutes away and the service is always quick and friendly. Strawberry milkshakes and blue glaciers are out go tos. This past November I decided to order one of their cakes for his birthday and it was amazing! The lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. We settled on a red velvet cake with black raspberry ice cream and cheesecakes bites and he loved it!

I went to Dairy Belle in Schererville last night around 7:00, the girl at the drive thru was so rude and had the worst attitude. I questioned the price at the drive thru because a small cone 2.59, I ordered 2, the girl said that will we like 6.59. So when I approached the window I asked her why is it 6.89, when they're 2.59 ea. she said," we are allowed to change our prices and don't need to notify our customers, maybe if you had the app on your phone, you would know the prices!! Then she said, " do you want them or not 3 times! Then as I'm leaving she said while laughing, yea, I hope your night gets better. Zero stars for customer service!
First and last time visiting this establishment. Customer service was trash and the ice cream was nothing spectacular. Dairy Queen is honestly better.
