Sorry,will never go back poor service,looks like they do not know what they are doing,poor attitude too young to understand what customer service stands for and I would rather go to the Highland Dairy Queen as soon as you walk in their door you are greeted and prompt(they care for their customers!)

I love coming to this location because it has the friendliest workers. Paxton is one of the best managers I've seen! She always greets me with a smile and remembers my name, and even my dogs names! How cute. And once she sees me at the window, she's already got the pup cups in hand LOL! We love coming there already, but she makes it very enjoyable. My husband says the same thing.

Very nice people, the food was very good. Was told to "pull ahead and wait on fresh fries." Waited 15 minutes, a nice young man came out handed me a bag, and said, "sorry for the wait." When I got home, ZERO fries. I called, first call got a hang up. Second call a very polite person offered me a credit.I don't see me ever coming back.

I meant to post this a few days ago, but, Paxton is just downright great! My family of 10 (which consisted of mostly young children) came in and she not once acted as if they were a bother to her. She even encouraged them to order their own ice creams, not a lot of people like that as it can get frustrating when children take long to order, and when they talk over one another. She was so kind and caring with the kids. If she is not a manager she definitely should be!

I had the very unpleasant experience of visiting this establishment on Wednesday Oct 11th around 4:30pm to pick up a food delivery for a customer. I was the only person inside the location and their was no one in the drive thru. The man at the drive thru window saw me as I was standing at the counter and we made eye contact for about 5-10 seconds. He never acknowledged my presence but instead said something to the woman at the cooktop, who turned around briefly and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Again, I was the only person in the restaurant. When the man at the drive thru window looked at me again, I stated that I was there for a food delivery. He looked over at a shelving unit that I assumed held delivery orders and turned back around. It was obvious that they had no intentions of assisting me. I sent a message to the food delivery service about this location. At this time I went back to my car and saw that the customer had left instructions to call the restaurant and have them bring the food to me. I called as instructed and spoke to someone and told him what I needed. He said give me a moment and when he came back to the phone, stated that the food had already been picked up. If I ever get another delivery offer for this place, I will have to decline the offer. It is very difficult to believe that in 2023, their are people that still exhibit racist and ignorant behavior. I hope no one else has this experience.

This is the worst dairy Queen I've ever been to my girlfriend got the new York cheesecake blizzard 3 times in a row and got extra cheesecake and there was only 2 to 3 pieces of cheesecake in there. And she ordered extra cheesecake it was just ice cream.

Came in tonight after a cross country meet at St. Mikes. First get your air fixed asap, nobody wants to sweat while trying to eat . Let alone your poor employees trying their best. A shout out to James who turned our dining experience around. Nice, polite and hard-working young man.

Gross food, bad service, inside wasn't clean at all, rude people. Definitely won't be retuning, now I can see why they have 2.5 stars. I would recommend Crown Point, or Saint John over this shitty one.

Glad I was not singled out to receive poor service, and that given the reviews bad service must just be the standard. If you want anything resembling "fast food", accurate order taking or effective problem solving DON'T GO.

Ordered the 7 dollar special. 3 chicken fingers fries drink and sundae. The chicken fingers were smaller than my palm of my hand. Upcharged to a slushie. Waited about 10 minutes for my food. 3 cars got their stuff after me. Finally came out and forgot my drink. Came back and my slushie was just liquid. I asked for a different one and she said well their machine wasn't working right. Shouldn't u of told me when I ordered one and paid extra for one. The manager gave me a sprite and wrote down my name for a slushie next time.
