I’d rate it a 0 if I could!!I was missing a meal !! I ordered a 3 meat meal with a add on and received only 2 meats as well as I didn’t get my rib add on !Management could careless that I spent over $60 and received a a partial dinner ! Management was rude and had poor customer service skills and I will never order from there again!!!
PEOPLE .,please read dickeys guest service requested for me follow up up with them !! ONCE again this company is such a disappointment and I’m beyond disturbed by all the Im sorrysdoeat cover for the $60+ I lost and the second dinner and add ins missing ! So $60 and only get ((1)) dinner is BS……$

Delicious food, best fried okra country fried steak. Perfect gravy on steak. Polish sausage, beef brisket, pulled pork. Great green beans and potato casserole . Sweet atmosphere and football on two tvs. Great customer service.

Disappointing food thrown together. I have eaten at a few of these as far east as NY and this location is not a good representative for the brand. Staff, food and delivery really poor quality.

Absolutely ridiculous, unable to even get in touch and was told through an automated messsage to email them instead. Unable to correct my order properly due to no workers able to speak to me along with the cutting corners automated call

I was picking up a DoorDash, the owner yelled at me to confirm it multiple times after I already did. Then proceeded to follow me outside telling me to confirm it just because it hadn’t shown up on their end. The whole situation made me very uncomfortable as a young woman, and is not worth the trouble to deliver from this location.

Owner was very rude while we were picking up a DoorDash, I guess you could say that Dickey was a bit dicky, all jokes aside, He yelled at my wife to confirm the order multiple times because it did not show up on their end that she had confirmed it, although she had already confirmed it he came outside, asking her to confirm it once again, but like I just said, it was already confirmed. Hopefully everybody else has a better experience there, but we will not be going back for a DoorDash or for ourselves!

This is the most moist tender brisket that I have ever had. The staff was fun and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant. This is the place to go for BBQ! Fried okra, oh my!!!

OMG!!!! I am in a food coma!!!! This is the place to go for BBQ! Ms. Nicki provided an amazing platter of food and I had so much left and can't wait to get home for leftovers! The Owner, Ms. Dianne was wonderful and very attentive. I shall return! In the mood for BBQ this is your spot!!!

Very Bland Food I ordered the three meet platter it sucked very Plain Tastless meat only. Thing good was the meat was tender but plain and the Bbq sauce I would give zero stars if I could. Mac and cheese was horrible
