The drive through service experience was on point. I requested 40 munchkins and I was offered 4, 10 boxed sized which was equivalent. I'm disappointed when I opened the box. No cinnamon, no powdered, no jelly donuts ar all. What ever happened to that? I opened a box of holiday sprinkle, plain, glazed and chocolate.

Coffee is good if they could just get your order right. 1x in 4 visits it's been correct. Starbucks costs more but I have never gotten a wrong order

This is my favorite dunkin donuts. Their service is always wonderful. They're super friendly people. I do have to remind them to give me light ice when I order it or often I will still get heavy ice but that's minor. I will have to say that, unfortunately, today I got my egg and cheese on sourdough bread for the first time and the sourdough bread was so hard and dry that I could hardly eat it. I don't know if it's always this hard and dry. It was definitely overcooked. Maybe some people would like their sourdough bread that way but I think from now on I will stick to the english muffin which is nearly always cooked to perfection.

I dont want to be rude but the white man with a disability at the night should not be working here. Told me they would be 10 minutes and to wait in front. I wait 25 minutes, drive back around, and ask for an update. He says whats my order again. He hadn't even started and ive watched him just walk around the store apparently doing nothing the whole time I was there. Disorganized and the others are doing idek what.

The older white man that works late night/early morning is VERY rude. in the middle of you ordering he cuts you off saying “give me a second”and proceeds to take five mins …. like for what??? to type in the drink i got? idk what’s taking so long. everytime i have came he is very short and makes us move forward to wait even if there isn’t anyone behind. the other lady (bless her soul) always steps forward to pick up his slack, only can imagine how much she dreads that shift.
