I am obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. I truly rely on their coffee to stay at my best. When I don't have it, I don't feel fully engaged. My taste is straightforward; I prefer my coffee simple and don't need it overwhelmed with fancy extras. A medium black coffee with one packet of sugar is the key to a successful day. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this Dunkin' donuts. Their service is fabulous and my food and coffee is always made perfectly. I will say, though, that the loaded hash browns are so salty. If you like to taste tons, and I mean tons, of sodium in almost every bite, go for these. I tried them today for the first time and it will be the last time. From now on I will stick with the plain hash browns which are always perfectly salted.

Absolutely Horrible Experience! The old white male working the night shift around 11:00PM-12:00AM, on 10/5/24-10/6/24. There is something wrong with this man plain and simple, and his nasty attitude should cost him his job! When I came to the drive thru he told me to come around again in 10 min, this is fast food not dine in service you don’t tell a paying customer to come around the drive thru WITH NOT ONE OTHER PERSON IN IT 10 minutes later. Then after confronting him about his terrible service he finally let me order, and every item I would order he would say “Give me 5 minutes” why do I the paying customer have to wait 5 minutes to order one single item, when like I said no one else was in this drive thru at the time. Dunkin’ donuts Schererville I highly advise you fire this man, because I see i’m not the only bad review about him and can say I will never return to this location nor will many others who dealt with this absolutely nightmare employee of yours! Do better, paying customers don’t deserve disrespect! Mind you he was never kind about telling me to wait he practically screamed at me, such a horrible employee have never had something this awful before! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

My donut order was wrong. Wanted Bavarian creme,but I got whipped cream. Very, very. Very disappointed ?. Wanted chocolate donuts, got plain donuts with chocolate icing, another great disappointment ? when I got home. But they close the box before you can verify order

Don’t know why I keep coming here. Every time I come it’s the same older guy who never lets me finish saying my order, he’s always shoving my orders to me, he once dropped my debit card and had the audacity to tell me I dropped it. Today he huffed and puffed at my fiance for telling him that she wasn’t done ordering. We drove off before getting our order. Please either help him or get rid of him or give him a different position because this is like my 5th encounter with him and they’ve all been the same.

Where do I start? After a late dinner the hubby and I decided to grab a coffee for our ride home so we stopped at this Dunkin. 11:37 pm we pull up and there are zero other customers. The man working tells us it'll be 2-5 minutes before we can order and about 2 minutes later he asks us what we would like to order so my husband proceeds to order my coffee, before he gets the complete order out of his mouth the man interrupts and tells us to PULL UP. So,my husband starts ordering his coffee and again he yells pull up. Ok we pull up. We're waiting at the window to pay and kinda giggling about how odd this is and the gentleman finally comes to the window and SHOVES our beverages at us and says thank you bye .. before we pay. My husband was like ummm we didn't pay he said " IT'S OK IT'S FREE JUST TAKE THEM" ? My husband proceeds to ask " are you ok sir?" He says " I'M FINE, I'M JUST BUSY!!" Ok that was the strangest interaction we've ever had. We drove off feeling very strange and when we tasted our drinks they were totally something different than we ordered. Maybe he figured he screwed them up? No one will ever know. Get this night guy some help please, he is obviously overwhelmed or has anxiety. He came off rude and rushed but I think he is just strange and/or has some mental health issues. Go at nighttime and you will see.

The old person at night is Very rude. There is always a wait even though there is no line. It’s always “Just a few minutes please” like dude, there’s nobody here. I’d understand if it was only once in a while but it is everyday. This place is the only coffee shop on my way to work that is open at night. There is a nice black lady who sometimes makes the coffee and she is great, however the white old man is rude and disrespectful. If anybody opens a coffee shop open at midnight anywhere from Valparaiso to Chicago heights I will immediately stop coming here and go to your place
