Sad to say when I worked here we had pride in our work and customers. Sad to see it deteriorate within the years ask a simple instruction tht couldn't be fulfilled dhw definitely is in it for the money and not the community as it was before

When I saw the prices were a little higher than other places, I was tempted to leave. I'm GLAD I didn't. The food was delicious & worth the price. It was fresh and not sitting around under a heat lamp. Love the fresh cut potatoes / fries.
I love the free ? roasted peanuts. The fries are so good. I like them cooked soft. The burgers delicious as well.

Another Five Guys I go to for a quick Burger & Fries. I only come here early so i have know idea of the atmosphere later in the evening. But during lunch the atmosphere is very nice. The food is always great! I get the little Hamburger w/ grilled jalapeños, little Fries and a small fountain drink.

My experience with this particular Five Guys is always positive. My 3 year old loves coming here and chats with the staff. They are kind enough to answer all of his silly questions and put up with his antics. Highly recommend this location.The food is good, also. Tons of fries each time.

One of the greatest burger joints of all time food wise. The customer service is good too. I would like to thank Samantha for removing a sign that was talking about five guys becoming “an addiction”, because addiction kills people. It’s no matter to take lightly. So thanks again!!!!

They give you a good amount of fries and they're tasty. Hamburger buns are soggy. Too many ingredients in the burger and the bun can't handle it.
Best burger in the area ?. Your food is made to order and the French fries? are real potatoes grown in Idaho. Rock music is always being played which is right up my alley ? ? .

So I drive over to the restaurant door wide open, it’s 10 o’clock am stand at the register for about four minutes for someone finally come out. The young lady who came to the register approach was very unprofessional. I won’t be visiting this location ever again!

Had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and a side of fries! Pretty basic but tasty nevertheless! The fries were heavily salted, and the condiments on my burger were messy/sloppy.. The seating area was very clean and I would return again..

I placed a $70 order to be delivered through Uber Eats waited over 1 hr, no delivery, had to call Schererville 5 Guys 3 times, 1st time I was speaking to a lady in Colorado, finally got to speak to Schererville store manager who immediately past the buck to Uber Eats which graciously offered me a whopping $10 discount on my next order, CUSTOMER SERVICE
