Better of getting a Digorno rising crust than this pizza. How do you cook a pizza for 45 minutes and still have it come out raw. Looks like nice on the outside, little did I know the employees look like they work at the ymca who picked those uniforms? Don't get the sampler either the only thing your sampling is charcoal pieces and applebees appetizers This sucked. 1 star

My husband and I sat at the bar our bartender was James I have to say we weren’t entirely wanting to spend time at the bar but he changed our mind even got us to order food!!! He really made us feel at home!!! Thanks James the bartender!!!!

My wife and I drive our special needs daughter an hour and a half to an annual bowling tournament in Merrillville. Afterwards, we look forward to driving to the next city over to enjoy our favorite pizza. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly and the food is great! Looking forward to our trip next year.

We went to Giordano’s this evening and the service was not good we arrived and had a 15-20 min wait. That was to be expected. The hostess was wonderful and asked if we wanted to preorder our pizza so it would be less time while at our table. We took advantage of this opportunity. We ordered a small deep dish cheese pizza. We were seated within a few minutes of ordering. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before I approached the hostess stand to ask who our waitress was because I had 2 different waitresses helping the tables on either side of us but not a single person had approached our table at all. A few minutes later we were approached by the waitress I was told we should have and told “sorry, this isn’t my section.” She took our order which now we just ordered water and our pizza, because it should have been nearly done, and no appetizers as we originally planned. Our water was brought out and another 15 minutes goes by before we received our pizza, it is now 10 minutes shy of an hour since ordering it. The next time we saw our waitress was 20 minutes later when we were asked if we wanted our pizza boxed up. We weren’t asked how our food was. Offered refills. Etc.

Placed an online order at 215 this afternoon for 420 pm, still waiting on my pizza to be done. I don't understand the point of taking future orders for pickup if you aren't able to fulfill on your end. I don't like coming here because there always something with this place and it's poor service.

Pizza good flavor of the sauce was so-so. Definitely lots of cheese on the pizza. Wings good flavorful needed more celery 1 piece of celery broken and half to make it seem like it's two pieces lol. People like celery with the wings other than that nice

Amazing deep dish pizza. Giordano stands up to its name in delivering quality pizza irrespective of the sheer volume of customers. Can get crowded, expect wait times of 40 mins to an hour for takeout.

Stopped by the day before I returned back to texas, and it was so good! It's probably the best bruschetta I have ever had,and the pizza was delicious! I would recommend heading out an hour before you actually want to eat since it takes 45 mins to make your deep dish pizza. Our server was very attentive as well!
