Ridiculous wait while I watched the employees running around the restaurant doing everything BUT cleaning the dirty tables so that the people waiting could be seated... including the MOD. worked at this location for 10yrs and it never used to be this terrible. Every drink I ordered was made incorrectly and wasn't even drinkable. Quality of this place has definitely gone down. Manager came to my table after I ask to speak with him... Didn't care that my experience was awful and didn't seem to care about much going on in the restaurant at ALL. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat and I will NEVER be back.

Very disappointing experience considering I live hooters. I tried to place a call in order after holding 15 minutes I heard a waitress arguing with whoever was asking her to take order about having 3 tables and I was put on hold again. I didn’t take it personally due to the fact that it was Friday. I came to place order in person and the place was nowhere near what I would expect on a Friday but I still pressed on to order. The order took close to a hour and none of the sauces was correct on any of the food and none of the chicken or shrimp was fresh. On top of all that before I could get the order another customer one of their regulars in facts was going back forth saying he comes all the time and the service is never great and food is never right. I waited so long I was ready to go satisfied I finally got my food! Got home nothing was good shrimp was over cooked and had a unbearing flavor I never tasted on the shrimp and wings. I would never come to this location again. If you’re leaving up your alley around the corner grab something else to eat. NEVER AGAIN

Waited 30 minutes to get a table. Waited 30 minutes to order. After 1 hour a manager came to the table and said 2 deep fyers were down and it will take a while longer. After 2.5 hours food came out 1 plate at a time and everything was cold. I used to be a regular and now it has went down hill. I would not recommend it. Manager took off 20 percent. Was not happy should have taken off everything. I will not go back ever.

Sat us down for service immediately. After 1 hour, we were told the kitchen is behind on orders and would have to wait even longer. We left due to the long wait, and we still got charged for our sodas, which could have at least been complimentary. Not one time did a manager come by to check on services or apologize.
Waited 45 minutes to get our food. Food had zero seasoning on it, extremely bland.

Terrible experience yet again!!!!! I was reminded once I got there by my sister that I said I would never go to this location again. I was the one that suggested we go to this location instead of one closer to home🙄. Well first off we stood waiting to be seated about 12 minutes (it was not crowded at all). Then once seated the waitress came around to our table got our drinks and food order. We requested that our food be hot because we will send it back!! Well the manager came out with our buffalo shrimp and nothing else! We told her we wanted all our food together. She said no problem and took it back. We waited at least 40 minutes before getting our food and then when we got it only 2 people had what they ordered. It was 5 of us. It took I don't know how long to get out curly fries and once they came our other food was cold! I don't know about nobody else but I like to eat my chicken and fries together not separate 🤷🏾♀️. Then everyone has they food and are eating except my 8 year old granddaughter😡..... She only had a kids meal which was wings and fries!....... I couldn't take it no more so before getting our fries and my granddaughter food I got up to go ask for a manager because our waitress disappeared no where to be found smh. Not knowing but when I walked up to a young lady and a man standing at a register I said can I speak to a manager. The young lady says he's a manager and I said your the manager he looks at me and says I'm the manager but I'm helping her right now 😯. I said well I be damn this ignorant so in so right here. The young lady then points me in the direction of another manager. I approach the young lady and ask her to step to our table and she does nonchalantly smh.... Once at our table we tell her our concerns and then she says she will take care of it and give a discount. That was fine and all but all of their attitudes really sucked they could care less if we were satisfied or not. We didn't need a discount we needed better service because we came there with money to pay not looking for a discount. It's all good though because they gets NO MORE of MY MONEY!!!!! Won't surprise me if they aren't open long because it was a Saturday night at about 8:30 and it was only a few people in there.
