I was at Jersey Mikes today, and the food was great, service was exceptional, and the Manager on duty this am. Was outstanding. I will definitely return.

The staff here was very friendly and considerate. My husband and I wanted to split a regular size #8 club sandwich, but we like different condiments. They asked several times what went on each half, that way it was just the way we wanted it. We grabbed a bag of chips and two cups for water. In total, we paid $12 and some jingle. It was a great light lunch and we enjoyed it very much! Thank you.

I don't think I've ever had a sandwich from Jersey Mike's that let me down. Every time it is perfectly put together. Beware on the parking. The strip mall itself has tight parking, and then the starbucks at the end has a line that frequently wraps around the center. It's unfortunate, as I've gotten stuck waiting for a car in that line to let me back out.

The first time we went the young lady with the red hair was very rude. I figured everyone has a bad day no big deal. Fast forward a couple months later same young woman with the red hair was still rude. It’s the tone, the manner in which she speaks to you. The facility is still dirty although there are over five employees there. Finally, a separate customer came in and was “greeted” in the same rude manner and he had had enough and called out the same young lady before walking out of this establishment. Wish we would have thought of that sooner. Terrible service.

This place consistently gets worst! They are often out of pickles, the chips I want, or have mayo where it doesn't belong. Today's problem; I don't eat pork, but they have the next customers ham laid all up on my sandwich. Next, there's mayo in the pickles and relish. I mention that I would like both, but for the employee to watch the cross contamination because I don't eat mayo. She proceed to tell me that isn't cross contamination and that they have mayo mixed in their relish and thats why they provide it to be purchased. Lil girl play with somebody else! 1st off I have some at home but I'm here, gtfoh! 2nd, there isn't any for purchase so I've wasted my time getting g my sandwich made and can't have it the way I like it. Simple ass girl and her poor excuse git me heated and I cussed her out for playing in my face. Bet she not telling everyone that ask for relish that it's mixed with mayo before they agree to having it. And maybe she needs a refresh on the sanitation, because someone please tell her what cross contamination is!!!

This location sucks. On there door it says they open at 10am. I arrived there at 10:20 and doors were still locked.
Place is filthy. Went in at 10am tables floors are dirty which means they didn't clean up when they close and opened.

Walked in and the TV was blasting so loud that they couldn't even hear when trying to place the order then they couldn't even get the order right. Then they argued about what we ordered. Not gonna come back to this location.

First time here and the employees are so rude! Not welcoming at all. After waiting and waiting for my pick up order to be completed. I continued to smile and say thank you and have a good day to get ignored because the employees were too busy huffing and puffing that there was a line. What a great first visit. Not.
