The service was slow and annoying. I was the only one in the restaurant. Four people behind the counter and no one could put the ingredients I wanted on my sandwich.

After eating half of our sandwiches, I remembered to take a picture! I had the roast beef sub, husband had classic sub. Both were excellent, lots of meat and vegetables. Staff was very nice. Definitely going back, just wish it was easier to get in and out of their location.

Parking: Very busy area and hard to find a spot. Shares parking with other businesses.

This place is terrible and we frequent it way too often due to convenience but tonight was the last time. Will be taking the extra time to go to Munster. The employees are so unbelievably rude, every single one of them. They act as though you’re a bother because you’re ordering food. Not to mention it’s the slowest JM I have ever been in. They have workers everywhere just standing around. The constant eye rolling when you order a hot sandwich is mind boggling. The people in line with me tonight were all floored with the service. The girl “dressing” the sandwiches who’s been there at least a month training still can’t get the job down. Sandwich was smooshed, packaging covered in oil, just a disaster. I will waste my gas & time going to a different location where I won’t be treated as an inconvenience due to them having to do their job.

Every time I try to give you a chance, you manage to fail me when my hopes are high. But, here I am, picking cheese off my sandwich that I said i didn’t want and cutting onions to add to my sandwich that you were supposed to put on. Subway would never do me this dirty.

This location’s food is horrible and the customer service is definitely lacking! On different occasions: Ordered to pickup in the store and they never made my sandwich stating for some reason my order didn’t come through but it was completed in the app. I asked them if they gave my sandwich to someone else and was told no, but the was a lied. After standing there for an additional 15 mins she finally asked me what I ordered so it could be made ? I wasn’t mad but definitely irritated because I knew she lied to me. Ordered curbside after a long day of work two different times and each time they made my sandwich how they wanted to make it. I’m not sure why it’s hard to make a simple ham and provolone sandwich but I guess it is ??♀️ They literally drowned my sandwich in oil yesterday to the point it was not edible. I didn’t get vinegar this time because last time they drowned my sandwich in vinegar making the sandwich very soggy and inedible. I’m not sure what happened but this use to be a great location and now it sucks. My suggestion to anyone ordering pickup or curbside is to look at your food very good before leaving or don’t order pickup/curbside at all. After yesterday I’ll patronize Jimmy John’s instead. $17-$18 down the drain on a giant sandwich covered in oil. The chips were the only thing edible ??♀️

I got sandwich from here (Chicken Bacon Ranch) for first time ever and sandwich was great! Service was nice no complaints. Makes Subway trash honestly subway is a last thought in back of my head I will be coming back here more often. Forget Subway I deleted the app too. I recommend coming to Jersey Mike's for a great sandwich.

Today was my first time grabbing food from this place for me and my coworkers. Workers were very rude, not only to me , but a elderly woman in line behind me. They were not helpful on how to what to order. Very dry, attitude and unwelcoming. Lastly with it being lunch rush, they weren't eager to get orders out.
