They only gave 3 of the 4 sandwiches ordered. The employees are from America, but don't speak English good enough so that 3 customers in a row had to ask multiple times for them to repeat themselves. It was a very awkward environment.

They run grand opening promotions to get you in and then try to charge $40 for 3 sandwiches. Hope they enjoyed them after we left. We won’t be back. Jimmy John’s is always reliable

Love Jersey Mikes but the short girl you got working with the nose ring and dark hair cutting meat and bread today at 1pm was miserable to order from. Beyond rude and angry. Maybe cuz it was busy? Yall need to replace her cuz she dont want to work there.

All the Jersey Mike's i have been to this is the worst one I will never come back working with the public they need to know how to address a person when that customer is coming in to buy something one young lady had her little son there while she was working in the back the little came out to the front and grabbed a bag of chips and she was calling for him I had bought two giant sandwiches on wheat bread one was hot sandwich and and the other one was a cold one with bacon when I got home and open my sandwiches the breads was very crumble when you bite into them wasn't soft at all we didn't even enjoy them at all if I stayed close by I would have took them right back and got my money back so I will never be back again I will go to the jersey Mike's in Munster or Merrillville and Crownpoint

My first time at this location and it would probably be my last. I entered and was ignored. A girl came from the back and asked the guy making sandwiches did he take my order. He kind of snarled and said “like I can” and then went into a short rant about how they got two hours til close. After the girl took my order, everyone was short with me and just glossed over my presence. It was a guy infront of me they conversed with so I just assumed they knew him until another guy came in after me and they greeted him immediately and asked him how his night was going/ where did he work. Yet ignored me until someone from the back took my order. That’s when I knew I won’t be back. I’m going to stick with the merrillville location. They don’t discriminate.

This is the first time I have ever been to a Jersey Mike’s. It will be my last. The place was dirty looking. I should’ve stopped the order. The counter where the food was being made was very un appealing to put it mildly, l was starving so continued with the order even though all my senses were telling me stop stop stop!! The sandwich -bread was a little stale and on my second bite there was a hair in my food. Needless to say it went in the garbage. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the employees were friendly, but they were not concerned with how they handled food.

Me and my granddaughter stop that Starbucks inside the sign for Jersey Mike's so we decided to go in. I got the chicken Philly sandwich and she got the chicken bacon and ranch. The chicken is cut up real tiny it's a more gritty feeling in the mouth. We should have gotten the small sandwiches instead of the giant ones. The cheese it's like a liquid cheese I like how finely the lettuce is chopped the tomatoes were very good The bread I got rosemary cheese I'd like to have a couple of loaves of that. Were you sick they're small tables they're neatly placed but it feels very cluttered. Services amazing The people are super super nice. Unfortunately this is not a place we'll come back to.

Today was Awful the manager Michaela at this store is very disrespectful. Then when I asked to talk to a manager, she tells me the manager doesn’t come into the store she is the manager and I can talk to her which she’s who I had the problem with initially again very disrespectful. Then she states out loud what are they gonna do fire me. I don’t care. I just returned my food. She look like she didn’t even want to give me my second sandwich she put it by the register so I had to really reach to grab my food. Just totally disrespectful the way she’s just talking to people is disrespectful. It’s unbelievable. I never had an issue in this Jersey mikes until today. I really love this sandwich spot, but if they keep hiring people like her, I will no longer go there. Really bad customer service today. I’m very disappointed because I really love their sandwiches and I wanted my number 17.

Great sandwiches, made however you like. They're pretty quick at making them unless it's busy or someone orders 3 sandwiches. Two entrances makes getting in and out a breeze because there's a damn Starbucks next door AND a drive-thru that sometimes blocks parking spaces at the front door. The only bag thing about this place is the limited seating, like 3 tables.

I just left the restaurant with my Daughter and there was a customer behind us who took a call. The caller was on speaker and she was cussing like a sailor. I first moved my Daughter in front of me. Then I politely asked the lady to talk the call outside because there were other children in the restaurant. The lady starts screaming at me and threatening me inside the restaurant. I ask to speak to the manager about this; believing he will step up. And all he said is ladies please it will be okay. So now, the manager Jesse believes it’s okay to have one of his customers verbally abused and threatened. And that that language is acceptable in his restaurant. I have to say I’m slightly shocked that Jersey Mike’s would be accepting of this behavior.
I’m shaken. But what it did to my daughter is unacceptable.
In addition when I asked for corporate‘s number, the other employees looked at me like I was smoking weed. Which I do not do and look to the manager, as if whether or not to give it out.
I expect a callback from somebody today. I left my name, with corporate.
