With the service I received today.I really hope freaky fast is no longer part of your logo. If so it is a misnomer. We ordered ahead, and I still had to wait. And with sadness, the boy at the window did not even say thank you or barely any words. I know life is changing and with that.Why can't customer service be better instead of worse.

I frequent this establishment on a weekly basis and quality of preparation of sandwiches is significantly going downhill. From opening up a sandwich with the wrapper of the cheese still attached to the inside of the sandwich, to meat being very sparse and not evenly distributed in the sandwich, to tomatoes being added when asked without. I think maybe freaky fast should be slowed down and quality should be increased!

They had no delivery drivers so they used Uber eats. I now have no food and I'm out 40 dollars because I don't have an Uber eats account and cannot try to contact the driver that claimed to deliver it. And the girl on the phone said there is nothing that can be done that I have to contact Uber eats, when I didn't order through that app in the first place they were the ones to set up that delivery. The child on the phone told me she was sorry and she can't do anything about it. I had to request a manager call me. Never again. If I wanted it through Uber eats or doordash I would've ordered it that way, I Don't even have an Uber eats account to call them with. Apparently customer service training is not important.

When I get home late and don't feel like cooking, this is our go-to and the one on the corner of Rt30 & Rt41 is outstanding. They are always fast, always good and the employees and drivers there are always friendly and accomdating! Recommend!
