They were very busy. I went inside to order but 5 others and myself were ignored. While waiting I observed several people just standing around doing nothing and only one person doing anything. As I watched the person prepare the food, I observed them making 3 potato bowls. They dished out the potatoes and when there were not enough for the third bowl, they took it out of the other two leaving them half filled… the employee was also not wearing any gloves and touched many surfaces without washing their hands. Then after 10 minutes I left, I still had not had any order taken.

Rough Sunday evening. (12/7/25) Was one of the few fast-food places we still give money to. But tonight our order was so bad that everyone in the house has banned them from the roster.
- there was a wing in his tenders and he bit down on a bone - they gave us the wrong sauces - skipped our order of gravy entirely - skipped the large potato side entirely - skipped our extra 4 biscuits entirely - skipped our receipt - didnt skip the payment for all the missing food tho
It was just the worst end to an already terrible day at the hospital

I wish I could remember the manager I spoke to Saturday Dec 6th at 5:00 pm but she was amazing. After another restaurant screwed us by not having our order I called KFC to see if they could put together a large order as soon as possible. She was so nice and helpful and got the order ready in 20 minutes. The chicken tenders and Mac & cheese were amazing. They will be my first choice from now on.

Some of the Chicken was dry and tough, hard to chew, ( leg and wing) I received 2 thighs, when I was supposed to get 1 breast and 1 thighs, along with the wing and leg,
Thighs were tasty hot, fresh, and moist,
