Ordered on the website at 5:30, said delivery at 7:15. At 7:15 I get a text alert saying my order was cancelled due to an item not being available. No phone call, no explanation, nothing but a text alert. I tried calling the store, sat on hold for over a half hour after being outsourced. Tried the delivery issue hotline, got ahold of someone who couldn't explain what happened nor connect me to the store. Would only say my order would be refunded within sixteen days. Requested someone from the store please call me to explain what happened, she said that request was placed. No call received the next day. Tried calling the store again, sat on hold for another 10 minutes before hanging up. Reached out on-line, no response. Had a house full of hungry teenagers, needed to run to the store for frozen pizzas, missing the whole first half of the Bears game. Never again Little Caesars, never again.

It is obvious that this location lacks the proper management that can handle high stress situations and able to prepare their store for busy days. My experience at the this location today was not a pleasant one. Between an employee putting their hands on another special needs employee or the ones walking out instead of trying to clear the lobby of waiting patrons, I don’t know what shocked me more. There were only 3 active employees trying to push out orders as best as they could. The packed lobby kept the morale up and waited patiently to either get an order or a refund. The blame does not fall on the employees left standing. It falls on management, supervisors, franchise owners.

All food was cold, puddles of grease, and not even cut through. Red sauce was freezing cold. Sent out the wrong dessert. Ordered 2 crazy bread and only got 1 in the bag. Called the store but they won't even answer the phone.

This location is horrible. My food was burnt and soaked in grease. I tried to contact them many times in the last 24 hours. No answer! On hold for approx 30 minutes each time and no one answers. Then the phone just hangs up. They picked up once and put the phone down and left it down all I heard was them talking crap about their job. I guess I will have to drive back to Schererville 15 minutes to get a refund. I haven't been to this location in years and now I remember why. The fact that they never answer the phones is ridiculous.

Drove from Hessville to this place and couldn't ordered a pizza once I got there. Totally willing to wait in the car for order and they said they were not taking in person orders and that I had to do it online. Supervisor was no help at all. She or he came up front and starred at me like I was nuts. Not saying a word. No I'm sorry or trying to help the situation at all. I had my autistic son with me and it's his favorite. They said they were short staffed and thats why they stopped taking orders. I think this was bad business all together. They don't answer the phone and think everyone has there phone on them all the time. Well, I didn't. I should of been able to order in person instead of on an app. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow and letting them know.

So beyond upset for an order that was placed at 6pm of 2 pepperoni pizza for delivery we are now just being told that there on there way we have now waited 2hrs and 30mins for pizza. When my husband called up there 45mins ago he was told o it will be there any sec. Ya ok it didnt leave for another 45mins. This is so ridiculous. Also it just showed up and its not even hot its cold.

They need to get it together with their pizza. I've ordered here more times than the one located in Whiting, IN but now I'm starting to reconsider. Every single time I order a pizza with extra sauce its dry or little to no sauce. This time? It was greasier than the grill. Like everyone just go elsewhere at this point. Because buyer beware
