Wish I would have taken a pic of this pitiful pizza. But I was that upset, and forgot. I placed an online order for the EXTRA MOST BESTEST pepperoni pizza (which is also extra money). The majority of the pizza was cheese. I took it back to the counter and the first employee tried to tell me that EMB meant the cheese (which I knew was a lie). Another worker came to the counter and said they were rationing pepperoni. I should have received a call stating that. Instead they proceeded to make the pizza like I wouldn't notice. And then tried to offer me a refund. And look at the bread they gave me! Nothing like what is advertised online.

Never been inside but ordered food via Uber Eats around 21:50 and the pizza was cold and soggy almost like it's been sitting since 10 this morning. Mind that the order arrived at around 22:20 and the bag on the crazy bread was open and the crazy bread was cold and stuck together. I don't know if someone had a bad day or just didn't care to put in some form of effort into the product they are creating, but I will never order at any Little Ceasars in this state ever again. Kind of irritating taking a bite into the pizza(pretzel crust) and it being cold like room temp cold and somehow soggy and the crust was somehow acidic. Swear if I get sick because of this definitely going to get some legal help to get this place closed and or have a health inspector come in. On the positive side the Mtn Dew was cold and the cap was factory sealed so that's a plus.

I'm not usually one to complain, but if I could give a 0 star I probably would. My boyfriend and I are over here for a work event tonight and wanted an ICB and a crazy bread before our long drive home. We ordered, paid for our food and thought everything was good. 15 minutes later, the lady came up from behind the kitchen and was like "hey we need to remake your food, it will be another 10 minutes or so?"... Okay, sure whatever. So we wait. Another 15 minutes comes by and she comes back up and is like "yeah Idk what their problem is. They haven't even made your food yet." So we waited a half hour, just for the 3-4 associates to be back in the back talking to each other the whole time and like sure we got a refund, but we ordered food because we wanted food? So I guess we're going to Domino's? Maybe they know how to actually put food in an oven and do the job they're paid to do. Just a thought. Also, for transparency, the store was not busy when we were there.

Ordered pizzas well done since they always seem to be undercooked, but they still came undercooked. The crazy bread tastes like raw dough that is rolled around in cheese.

I placed my order at 4:35...twice they forgot to place it and told me they wouldn't charge it...but a girl intervened and they charged me after waiting an hour and a half...it seemed fair to me that free charge...
The customer service in here is so bad. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t come to the counter. The food was horrible the pizza was completely burnt.

I love little chasers but here is HORRIBLE service. Been here many many times never anything hot and ready. This last time I waited heard worker in back say “my name” is ready and lady wearing blue shirt laughed and said he has to get the next one now after me saying something about waiting and waiting as pizzas are being made left and right. Got in my car and the pizza was barely even warm like it was one sitting on the table in back. Every time same front lady will handle her orders to hold her 100% whatever that is…. I don’t give it a 100% that’s Forsure. think her name is “Kristina” based off receipt. Will not be coming back here again.

If there was a possibility for 0 stars, this would still be too much of a rating. This place needs to be shut down. The other low reviews are true. They handle food and cash without washing hands or using gloves. They don't have ANYTHING "Hot & Ready" even during non-rush hours. You'd be getting food faster (and safer) by going to get a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself.
