I placed my order at 4:35...twice they forgot to place it and told me they wouldn't charge it...but a girl intervened and they charged me after waiting an hour and a half...it seemed fair to me that free charge...

I like to order on the mobile app. My order was not being updated. I waited in my car for about 30 minutes for my order to be ready and never got confirmation. It seemed like they were behind on orders. There were many people inside and few workers. I rely heavily on the pizza timeline so just wish they would have kept it updated with my order.

Please stay carry out two hours prior when arrived only 25% of the order ready my DoorDash was there for over an hour came to a point where I texted her and said you know what I’m going to call and cancel the order but no one ever answered 20 minutes online. Finally she arrives, when the event is over, some already left others getting ready to leave at the door just waiting for a slice or two since they know we ordered food. unprofessionalDoorDash said manager was overwhelmed...
