I placed an order online for pickup. My husband went to pick it up. Waited for over twenty minutes still no order. We were told there was no way he could pick up a drive through order inside. Mind you there were 8 cars outside. I ended up having to go up there and speaking to the manager Tania, who had a horrible attitude! When asked for the district manager name I was told there was none!

Had a sad day today at McDonald’s in Schererville by the U-Haul. My girls, actually my dogs, get a happy meal three times a week and once on the weekend, a nice plain hamburger they love it dearly. When I get to the window, I usually get a pup cup for each of themas an added treat. Today at McDonald’s at 4 o’clock again the one right by the U-Haul on 41 the girl responded to my request for two pup cups, with kind of an upset look. as an added treat. Today at McDonald’s at 4 o’clock again the one right by the U-Haul on 41 the girl responded to my request for two pup cups with kind of a upset look she turned and left, then came back and advised me. That in the future, I need to order these pup cups at the drive up window so I can be charged for them. I get it. I don’t want McDonald’s corporation to get less tens of thousands of dollars over my free pup cups. Kind of upsetting. I normally use another McDonald’s. I was running errands and use this particular McDonald’s. Not afraid to pay for Pup cups, but what a sad part of the day. Time to use another McDonald’s. 4 PM today thank you

Every Time I go to this location they forget some of my food the works act like they don’t want to do there job ..I ask for fresh food when I get my food my food be hard asf and dry asf .. I worked for McDonald for years and this is by far tht worst McDonalds I have ever been to .. thank you

Everyone whoever was working the drive through tonight was high. He forgot my fries, didn’t close my happy meal box, only gave me one straw even though I needed two, and forgot my sauces. His eyes were hanging low and red.

Staff is rude probably the rudest I’ve encountered, I see them close up early all the time AND the last few online orders that gone in they say oh we threw it away but I sat there and watched them walk out with the bag wrapped up for uber! Unbelievable how ignorant they are! They don’t care about their customers AT ALL! DON’T eat OR ORDER FROM HERE! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE PLACE WAS SO CLEAN U COULD LITERALLY SIT ON THE FLOOR AND EAT YOUR FOOD. I WAS IN THE RESTAURANT BEFORE THE MADNESS AND CRAZINESS THAT IS CALLED THE “LUNCH RUSH” 😳!! USED TO WORK IN MCDONALD’S BACK DURING THE HORSE AND WAGON DAYS OF LIFE. THE MANAGER WAS FRIENDLY AND THE CHICK WHO FINALLY DECIDED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD. AFTER HAVING TO GO OUTSIDE FIND A RIVER TO LITERALLY CATCH A FISH, SKIN IT AND FRY IT FINALLY GIVEN TO ME HOT WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE. A SMILE THAT SAID THANK U FOR WAITING SUCH A DAMN LONG TIME FOR YOUR FOOD AND PLEASE DON’T BOTHER OR HESITATE TO COME TO OUR LOCATION AGAIN……NOT!!
