The service is always good but each time I try the food, I just don’t like it. They serve nearly dry noodles. They barely give any sauce and what’s any type of noodle with not enough sauce?!

First time ever having noodles and company and it was amazing! Even after the drive back and waiting to eat my food was still warm and the customer service was fantastic! I didn’t know much about their menu but they suggested a couple items which were very tasteful!

The flavors are nothing special. They taste as you would expect. The portioning was too small to satisfy my hunger (to gauge, a whopper with a medium fry and drink usually fills me up) and the pricetag is too high to justify the portioning. They use paper straws here which forced me to take the lid off of my cup, which was also small for a "medium" beverage because, I don't like paper straws for a few reasons.I rated this place 2 stars, one for friendliness and one for cleanliness. The staff here are respectful and courteous. The dining room is seemingly sanitary. I did not use the restroom at this location. Overall, I think the product itself is aimed at people of smaller stature, at a price point that I consider to be high.

An older hostile maiden refused to let us have a plastic fork because we came from next door, where they ran out of forks. Honestly I just didn’t like her attitude will definitely not be going there again :(

The food tastes like frozen TV dinners heated up in the microwave. Pad tai and pot stickers absolutely horrible, and there was a hair in my noddles ? My 2 year old liked the Mac & cheese.
