Love that they work with small family farms and how high quality the milk and ice cream are. Especially love that the milk is sold in glass instead of plastic! Staff is always helpful too.

Been around for a long time ..if you haven't tried it yet you probably aren't an ice cream lover! Lots of choice dishes from cones to whatever else you wish to choose!

The staff here has changed for the absolute worst. Spent $40 on 3 shakes and a kids soft serve in a cup. Was handed a scoop of ice cream and when telling them it’s supposed to be soft serve we were told it’s not that big of a difference as they reluctantly fixed it. Then overheard the girl confirming it was supposed to be 2 large shakes and the girl at the window said it’s fine just add extra whip cream to the cup. (For the price of the shakes that’s an absolute no) When handing the girl a 100 dollar bill she held it up and stared at it then asked for a manager who came up to confirm it was real - which it clearly was - but she still wanted is to use something smaller - again no. So the horrible attitude turned worse. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be handed the container holding the ice cream finding out as soon as we turned out that the girl did not put the shakes in properly and every single one flipped out (except the soft serve) - we go to this establishment typically 3 times a month or more. Have never experienced anything like this. Will absolutely not be back.

I went out to get a shake to treat myself and it was bombbbb, thanks a lot to the lady who made it for me, i think her name was julissa, she was pretty, nice.

Overweis is the best ice cream I've had. I've traveled through the U.S. and tried different ice creams nothing else compares. I wish I could open a chain in Arizona!

Went through the drive through. Forgot to order one shake and I kindly asked the drive thru woman to order another one and apologized. She had a horrible look on her face and the biggest attitude. Her name is Julissa. I would not recommend making a mistake here as a customer because you will be harshly judged. Shake was good.

Big shout out to Riley! She went above and beyond to make sure that my online pick up order was not delayed despite it being extremely busy and low on staff. Keep her around, great customer service!

Flavor and cold what more can describe the range of menu items. Service was prompt even during to a visit on the 4th of July Holiday.

Wow the service was great the African American lady at the register was spectacular thank you so much for comforting my family you are the best! Also the Ice cream was fantastic!

The young lady that made my banana split was a pure ice cream aficionado and desert genius.

Strawberry with Stawberry? Pineapple over vanilla and chocolate fudge ove mint... all the toppings were layered perfectly down the the causally place pecans on the front of the dish for proper presentation...

I ordered a double scoop cone and they gave me a bowl with a cone shoved in it, the cone wasn't even filled with Icecream.
