I went in today, around 11:15am with a the reprint transaction on dec 24, when I purchase 2 gift card with the amount of 50 the customer would receive 10 dollars I asked how will the 10 be applied, I was told it be credit just with using the customers number, honestly I can't remember the exact words . I didn't catch the redeem of the nature, since I payed cash and doing this for the first time I go in with the transaction of the gift cards purchase, the cashier stated I should of been given a gift card. I did not receive the 10 dollar gift card. she stated that a manger did the transaction and knows better with an unpleasant look on her face I stated, I did not receive the 10 card
I just felt like I was trying to scam 10 dollars, instead of apologizing because I wasn't given the 10 dollar gift card, I felt like I was lying and that was not great customer service
I was embarrass, especially her stated like 3 times, the manager did the transaction, and she knows better, meaning I was trying to recieve another 10 dollars I go in there for pickups regularly for my employer first time of not good customer service

I like Panera, but you have to be sure to triple check your order. You order something that's supposed to have chicken, but the chicken may not be in it. You have to check with them when you order the creamy soups too, because sometimes it's watery instead of creamy.

I asked for corporates number and they refused to give to me. I asked billy for a customers order and she had the meanest attitude. Then when i asked for the manager she all of a sudden fixed her attitude. I left hungry and irritated. the service here is horrible. if you’re in a rush don’t come here !!!!

Over 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for soup and mac and cheese. Are they making the pasta from scratch? What am I waiting for? This is truly ridiculous.

Very expensive for sandwiches, I've ordered the new Steak Sandwich it had hardy any Steak on it. For 12 plus dollars it should at least give you a decent size portion of Steak. I will never order a sandwich at Any Panera agin.

My very first time visiting Panera. I was so disappointed when I opened my toasted garden caprese sandwich and it had nothing on it, except for tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. The online description mentioned basil, arugula, garlic, and oil & vinegar. Once again, my sandwich only had tomatoes and mozzarella. 🙄
