The food wasn't that great. The bread is always too hard to even eat. I had French onion soup and they put so many croutons in it that it soaked up the juice. I probably won't be going back there. I would have given it a one star but my granddaughter's liked it so I gave it a two star.

Aiden, now you know that even though the Mac and cheese is portioned out 2 things could have happened to explain why my large Mac and cheese looked like a small, when I ordered a large. Either during the packaging process the bag was under filled or some spilled out in the rethermalizer. BUT you acted like those things could never ever be possible! Well Aiden please consider another career because customer service is not it for you. Have the day you deserve.

i always order the creamy chicken wild rice soup . the last 3 times it was watery liquid and tasteless . it is supposed to be a cream soup , not a liquid like the chicken noodle . I paid 8.00 for a bowl of soup and i had to throw it away . I thought maybe the first two times there was an error in the processing of the soup but this third time it’s the same way. Don’t know what happened to their soup, but it isn’t good

On Mother’s Day of all days, my car decided it wanted its battery to die, leaving me with waiting for a tow truck and trying to get home to my family. The GM, was beyond kind, offered me a pastry for my troubles, and ensured me I could leave, and he would make sure the tow company got my vehicle. Driving home today from the car shop, I am beyond grateful for small kindnesses, from people who don’t even know you, but can see you just need a moment of cheering up

I think this place has find down hill. The food isn’t as good as it used to be and the portions are smaller now. The staff never knows the answer to anything that you ask them and they all act like they are doing you a favor when you ask for spending. I paid $20 bucks for a pick 2 and a drink. If I’m paying that much for subpar food I’m going somewhere someone will wait on me. I’d pass this up next time.

I have the sip membership and my goodness thought it be simple just ordering and going through the drive thru but it’s a 10-15 min nightmare.

Me my wife and my daughter all wanted something from Panera bread. My wife went to order us food and to take it home and she was sitting there for a long time and then realized that she made her food to go and set it on the counter and never said anything. Then when she said something they proceeded to place the food that's been sitting in the open for 10 minutes and do a bag and send it home and when she got home he took all the food out of the bag and my $15 sandwich was not even in it.. so frustrated I got in the car drove up to Panera bread in Schererville Indiana. Walk to the counter tell the young kid what was going on he had no idea what to do. Went in the back to talk to his manager and they said they were too busy because they were making a catering order which I didn't understand because there was a line of other people ordering food I don't understand why Panera could make their food but couldn't make me my sandwich that I didn't receive that I paid for. After going back and forth with this child that's working there and they finally gave me my money back. literally never go there again that's the fifth or sixth time I have had an issue with Panera bread and their progressive employees that work there

This is my first time at this location. I like that the cashier knowledge that I when I came in the building, I did order food to go already she told me where to go and how to pick up my food. Also, it was very clean in the building, they had all the tables clean and the atmosphere was good for a family setting if you want to sit in When I got my food to my location, I was impressed by the soup bowl the most it was very filling and I really enjoy eating it. I didn’t care for my sandwich that much no meat on it. Was not what I expected so maybe the next time if I do go back to this location, I’ll just get the soup and I love the pecan donut. It was the best. It was very fresh and filling for dessert, but I did not like the sandwich that I received overall the service was OK quick .
