Penn Station East Coast Subs

Came in the other and interacted with horrible staff. Love the food, but it makes me not want to come back. Lani was absolutely the worst service provider ever. Don’t wanna work? Lose the attitude.

Bread is great making for one outstanding sandwich. I live just over the border in Illinois and would eat Penn Station a few times a week if we had one near by. And thank you for still brewing iced tea. So many other restaurants have gone to the cheap and gross syrup out of a fountain station which I refuse to drink.

Sadly the food I cannot rate but I gave them a one since I never received my order. I ordered food on Tuesday never received the food called the establishment several times with no answer all there was a voicemail I could leave which I left twice. Not one person has contacted me my bank account was charged and I want my funds back. They just opened but if they cannot handle the workflow why accept online orders and then charge my bank account? This is a first bad impression of this restaurant.

I only visit on family night. We're you but one regular sub and get a small one for free. I always get the classic Italian grilled with everything on multi- grain bread due to health reasons. They messed up on the bread a few times so check your sandwiches before you leave. Manger is very nice.

I hate to leave a bad review as this is someone’s livelihood, but I feel I need to. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak thru uber eats and sh shocked by what I received. For $30+ ($17 sandwich delivery fee, tax and a tip) I received cheery bread and literally couldn’t taste any meat. I’ve seen shrinkflation in the food industry, but this was to far. Even where the cut the sandwich in half I couldn’t see the meat! I will never eat there again sorry Penn station but you lost me.

Got my sub and it was amazing. As were the fries. My friend’s accidentally came with lettuce, and we let them know about the allergy issue and it was corrected IMMEDIATELY. I would go to this place any time I’m in the area and craving a sub. Going to have to bring my boyfriend here next.

I’ve been a loyal Penn Station customer for years and often enjoy lunch or dinner at different locations. Unfortunately, my most recent visit to this branch left me shocked and deeply hurt.

When I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and simply asked for extra dressing, I was instead given a wrap. When I tried to clarify, the man I believe to be the owner—who was bald—responded by calling me “fat” and made a racial remark, calling me “Mexican.” I only mention his appearance because of how personally he insulted mine.

I have never felt more insecure or verbally abused at a restaurant. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and makes customers feel unsafe. I strongly urge Penn Station to investigate this individual immediately before he loses control on another guest.

To the person who treated me this way—if you happen to read this—I want you to know that despite what you said, I will keep you in prayer

Owner who is there pretty much every day and hi employees are friendly attentive, and they care.. .and it shows.
Do they have the best fries in the region? Possibly. Do they have the best lemonade in the region? Definitely

The sandwiches are fresh and the meats and veggies don't hit the grill until you order. Bogo on Tuesday nights.

Got a Cold Italian sub. Didn't taste very Italian. No Italian bread, no provolone couldn't taste any oregano. Wasn't bad , but wasn't that good either.
