Penn Station East Coast Subs

I hate to leave a bad review as this is someone’s livelihood, but I feel I need to. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak thru uber eats and sh shocked by what I received. For $30+ ($17 sandwich delivery fee, tax and a tip) I received cheery bread and literally couldn’t taste any meat. I’ve seen shrinkflation in the food industry, but this was to far. Even where the cut the sandwich in half I couldn’t see the meat! I will never eat there again sorry Penn station but you lost me.

Got my sub and it was amazing. As were the fries. My friend’s accidentally came with lettuce, and we let them know about the allergy issue and it was corrected IMMEDIATELY. I would go to this place any time I’m in the area and craving a sub. Going to have to bring my boyfriend here next.

I’ve been a loyal Penn Station customer for years and often enjoy lunch or dinner at different locations. Unfortunately, my most recent visit to this branch left me shocked and deeply hurt.

When I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and simply asked for extra dressing, I was instead given a wrap. When I tried to clarify, the man I believe to be the owner—who was bald—responded by calling me “fat” and made a racial remark, calling me “Mexican.” I only mention his appearance because of how personally he insulted mine.

I have never felt more insecure or verbally abused at a restaurant. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and makes customers feel unsafe. I strongly urge Penn Station to investigate this individual immediately before he loses control on another guest.

To the person who treated me this way—if you happen to read this—I want you to know that despite what you said, I will keep you in prayer

Owner who is there pretty much every day and hi employees are friendly attentive, and they care.. .and it shows.
Do they have the best fries in the region? Possibly. Do they have the best lemonade in the region? Definitely

The sandwiches are fresh and the meats and veggies don't hit the grill until you order. Bogo on Tuesday nights.

Got a Cold Italian sub. Didn't taste very Italian. No Italian bread, no provolone couldn't taste any oregano. Wasn't bad , but wasn't that good either.

First time at Penn station. It was fantastic.

Worst experience at a restaurant ever. Nice ladies there but a guy in a red shirt with dark hair (assuming management) quite literally hit his vape as he came up by the other workers. When i said something about it, he pretty much laughed in my face before going to wrap my sandwich. Did not even get a thank you or anything. And the sandwich wasn’t good at all. One piece of bacon for a regular size club sandwich. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money.

Really delicious but $65 for two people… I couldn’t believe it. I ordered two large veggie subs, two lemonades, two large fries, two cookies and a half gallon of lemonade. I’m sorry but the fries were soggy and had no seasoning. The sub was mostly bread and skimped on the toppings and the waitress was rude.

My partner was excited cause the penn station by him closed, so I brought it back to him in Illinois. We were baffled by the price. So get this, we went to Fogo de Chao in Rosemont, Brazilian steakhouse all you can eat gourmet food, and we paid $80! LOL

$65 for two fn sandwiches. That’s robbery. $7 per large fry with no flavor. Literally soggy potatoes. Enjoy!!! Lolllll
