I've been a long time fan dating back to when they were in Calumet city. I've used them for catering several times with great success. always enjoy stopping in to grab something to eat as well. I do miss the bone-in pork chop sandwich but I can understand how selling that might be a bit of a liability. LOL all in all, the place never disappoints

Update!
I have ordered here before and again the consistency of food is different on a day-to-day basis.

I ordered a Italian beef and sausage combo and the first two visits were excellent everything was perfect and exactly how I requested which was Italian beef and sausage combo with the sausage well done.

However, the third time I ordered my stomach got very upset there was not a consistency between the first two experiences and...

The best and most generous Italian Beef sandwich I've had. It's too bad the fries were limp, the pasta in the pasta salad was way under-cooked, and the cannoli shells were soggy. You can't stuff a cannoli hours in advance and have the shells remain crispy.
