Was told my delivery would be a couple minute wait. Then nothing.....for 20+ minutes. Waited at the store for almost half an hour waiting for an order I never got to deliver.

Did not get a biscuit in my combo meal. Did not get a large red beans and rice and the small they gave me was dry, Did not get a cinnamon apple or my sauce for chicken. Quality of food sucked

Ordered online and my food was perfect. Everything tasted delicious I forgot Popeyes was this good!! I’m happy with the service here, it was clean and the employee was very friendly!

This used to be my go to location if I wanted some Popeyes. Ever since they went 24 hours, the quality of the food has gone way down. The damn food isn’t even edible. The first time I let it slide. Maybe they were just having a bad day. The second time I had to literally call and complain. Third time, today, I just threw it all out. Food was cold and rock hard. Completely overcooked. The biscuits aren’t even biscuits 😭. Can't be because I've never bit into something so damn hard and solid in my life. Hell I'd rather go to ghetto ass Merrillville and have my order wrong every time. At least my food would be edible. 10/10 would not recommend the schereville location.

This location is FAR inferior to the Crown Point location. This location is consistent is costing more and having lower quality food. The food is not as hot and fresh as the Crown Point location. The flavors also seem to be lacking at this location compared to CP. I will drive out of my way to not go to this location.

Out.of all the pipeyes in the area this one is by far the best. The food is always right and hot, they are fast and always always super nice. I had the pleasure of being served chika (sorry if I'm misspelling it) and she was awesome. I will not go to another popeyes. I highly recommend

I traveled outside of my hometown to go to what I thought was an amazing place to purchase my food. SMH, my order I was missing my 5 Biscuits & the Red beans & Rice tasted spoiled !!! Called & spoke to Chris , he agreed to replace my biscuits. After tasting the Beans, I immediately got the runs!!!!! $50 for 8 pcs of chicken just to get sick!
