I spent $15 on a 2 piece white meat with red beans and rice when i got home I had brown soup. Maybe 2 beans and not 1 grain of rice. It was literally brown soup. The breast was thickly breaded making it look a lot larger than what it was

This use to be a good location but not anymore you have to repeat your order several times and I was there today at 3:00pm asked for fresh chicken or a refund the manager comes and say he will give me fresh food but when I got home the order was wrong and not fresh the chicken was extremely hard and old some pieces didn’t look cooked . I went back to get a refund the manager was so rude and told me I was gone 20 minutes sir give me money he was so rude snatched the receipt but returned my money. I will not ever go this location again the entire staff is rude and play like they they don’t understand you 😡 . Do better

I love the fact that it’s 24 seven open but I went last night at midnight and the chicken I received was pretty bogus. It was pretty dry and when I got three-piece combo, I was given two wings and a thigh 😒

They pulled me up to wait on my order which was only a sandwich. Then they gave four people their order through drive-thru and then finally brought mine. Which my sandwich wasn't even piping hot. It was like for the time I waited for my sandwich it should be fresh out the grease.

I used to live down the street from here and hated coming because food was always cold and gross. Well to my pleasant surprise, the last few months they must have been under new management because every time I go, it is phenomenal. The only other decent Popeyes in the area is Crownpoint, which is rated 10 out of 10 and now ironically I will go way out of my way to the Schererville location because I know it’s going to be made right and quality every time. Please give this location a chance before you write off Popeyes for good

This restaurant is suffering from bad reputation of those who ran it before right now. It is run by a group of young people who are doing a good job. The food is prepared correctly and is delivered quickly with a smile.
I do recall when it was run very poorly. The food was not hot, fresh or delivered on time. And the people had an attitude, but it has changed.

On July 31st 2025 at 6:15 AM there were 6 cars waiting on food to pick up from DoorDash etc I waited 25 minutes before I gave up and dropped the order, That was very ridiculous

I went thrift the drive thru at approx 3am and ordered food for 3 people. I had to repeat my order 4 times. She read it back to me and was finally all correct. It's wasn't difficult. Chic strips, a sandwich and wings with some fries, and drinks. I waited almost 7 minutes for my order. When we got home, 1 fry and the wings were missing and I received the wrong sandwich. .... but they gave me the sauce on the side for the wings!!! 😂😂
