The service today at Red Robin was absolutely outstanding. The workers went above and beyond for Veteran’s Day. They had a backdrop for photos, letter making for service members, a remembrance table set up, management went table to table to show appreciation and give a gift, and all of the staff was just amazing. This was our first time visiting this location in probably about 8 years, but we will definitely be back more often. I also have to mention that the burgers were delicious 🙂 Thank you!

We had a large group of parents & sugared-up kids after trick-or-treating, and the service was fantastic! J.J. was our server; not only was he friendly and great with the kids but accommodating, funny and patient. I felt really welcome which definitely contributed to a great night eating & talking with friends. I can't forget the Manager, Josh Dale, who was also friendly and welcoming to us. In an era where customer service doesn't seem as strong in some retail & food spaces as it once was, this was a wonderful experience. Thanks J.J. & Josh!

So walked into a dead lunch around 2 there was only 6 tables of people, no one was eating but looking at their watches and bored, the hostess sat us, I asked for a bigger booth amd she said that she didnt have a measuring tape and sat us at the smallest booth didnt sit well,, 7 minutes later the server came to ask if we wanted anything to drink the coke was really flat amd Red Robin only has one style of doet pop..some people hate Coke and a sprite or 7 up wouldn't hurt to have on tap , took 5 to 10 minutes to get that, took 25 minutes to get our food, again the place was dead and when the food came it was cold, and the waitress calling people baby is inappropriate, we asked to talk to a manager and the hostess came and said she was the manager then after we told our complaint she told us that she was the General Manager name was Carrie N...I highly doubt this was truth because a GM is not going to seat people and be ignorant with their patrons. The Schererville Red Robin is the absolute worst no wonder why they never have more than 10 cars in the parking lot. My family love Red Robin in Hobart because they care about the product more it seems but Schererville, I do not recommend waisting time with this particular restaurant.

So I ordered the Cobb salad and added a few things. Honesty I've never not liked a salad before. It was ok. But I am unsure if I should not have told them to shake it up, but it wasn't tasty.

When come to Dyer to visit family, we try to stop in at Red Robin. Not only do they have a clean restaurant and wonderful staff; they also have great food. I love ordering the onion ring tower, but their all you can eat menu is wonderful.

The service was top-tier, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Mina and Melody, they were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better!
