We went here after not going for a while . Just the 2 of us. The service was fine. Although never once did service ask if we wanted more fries. We both got a simple cheeseburger and fries and each of us 2 sodas.we did get an onion ring appetizer to share .which wasn't much to eat. Look I understand prices have gone up in this world. But 2 simple hamburgers and fries and 1 onion ring and sodas for 60 bucks is a little crazy. Won't rush back . We could of went to red lobster and had a decent meal for that. Way overpriced for what we got.

The food tasted great, but I never was able to get a refill of the “bottomless” fries because they understaff the restaurant. The waitress tried, but had too many irons in the fire. Ridiculous to get subpar service after charging $20 for a hamburger.

Decent service, over priced food, over priced pop, and what the hell is an entertainment fee!? If they would have told me up front that it costs 3 dollars to play with the tablet on the table I would have told them to take it away. All this extra charges are crazy and the waitress's wonder why they don’t get bigger tips. This is why I go out to eat once a month maybe. 75 dollars for lunch in absurd. I didn’t get steak. I got a chicken sandwich that almost cost me 20 dollars. Crazy how people still will go out and spend their hard earned money on places like this. Not me anymore.

On Tuesday, November 26, me and my family went to Red Robin’s and Schererville. I ordered a BBQ Whiskey River burger in a Oreo shake when I get home I say around midnight I started feeling sick I woke up Wednesday morning throwing up. I went to the hospital and I found out. I have food poisoning. It ruined my whole Thanksgiving.
I asked was it too late for the happy hour special with 10 min left and she said yes. I should have left then.
It took her forever to take my drink order. Then my food order. Food finally came. It was cold. Did not ask if needed ketchup or anything.
Got the $10 special with bottomless side. Did not ask if I wanted a refill on ANYTHING.
Had to flag down a coworker to get my check. And it took her about 15 minutes to do that.
Place wasn't even crowded.
This is the worst Red Robin I ever been to.
Will not go back. Haven't had this bad customer service in years.
Highly recommend to not patronize the place.

It was my first time getting food at Red Robin. I went there because they offer a gluten free menu. They had a wide selection of food to choose from. The hostess Bridget was very polite and helpful. The food was very good and I didn't have a reaction so I appreciate that they took the time to do it right. I will be going back.

Not a very busy Thursday. Plenty of servers sitting around doing nothing. Took 20 minutes before my server showed up. Ordered a beverage and waited another 5-10 minutes and still no drink so I left. Never been fed up at terrible service like this before. I generally enjoy Red Robin but this location is definitely doing something wrong.
