Dined in Sunday with party of 4 and food/appetizers came out hot and fast. Beer and drinks were cold and not stale..location was clean and quiet. Our server Emily was such a delight. She was informative, cheerful and always attentive, checking on our needs. We will for sure ask for her each time we go back..

Tried to order and was left on hold for 15 minutes! Never came back to the phone. Never got to order my food. Which they do have good food but the service sucks! Person who answered the phone and put me on hold had the worst attitude ever! Do not need to work in customer service!! Will never get my business again and I’m a regular customer!!

I love ordering from Rosati’s pizza. They always get it right. Going in to pick up a super easy and convenient since the pick up time is usually half the time of the delivery. I will see the atmosphere there seems a little dingy and dusty, but I’ve actually never sat down to eat there so maybe that’ll change if I ever do.

I've been a loyal customer here, since they were located across RT 30. Seems like 20-25 years now. I have enjoyed their pizza and have gone out of my way to go there. Through the extremely unwarranted tyranny of 2020-2021 I made it a point to frequent this Rosatis restaurant much more often and told dozens of people to support them and other local restaurants because I wanted to be involved in keeping them in the black to survive the assault on small businesses.
Their rewards program has been a huge disappointment. Some years it has taken over a year to accumulate enough points for a "free pizza." After exclusively buying many large pizzas with 3 toppings, they offer one "free" cheese pizza, so to get the regular pizza I always purchase, I have to pay extra for the "free" pizza, but that's not the worst part. Once you've earned your reduced priced pizza (call it what it is) you have a limited number of days to redeem the reduced priced pizza. Over the years I've lost the reduced price pizza nearly a half dozen times and the last time was the last straw. It took me a year to earn it and I was ONE DAY past the expiration and they refused to honor that which I supposedly earned. After having lost several before, I besought the manager for a concession, which I have never before done, but it was one day. The rewards program has been one of my incentives to buy pizza from this place and after having seen nearly a half dozen of my reduced price pizzas expire, and only being ONE DAY past the expiration, they refused to make a concession for me. I've made dozens upon dozens of trips there, going out of my way to support them and my history on their computer shows my loyalty. Now it shows that I have not purchased anything since they robbed me of that which I "earned" one last time. If it's a loyalty rewards earning then it should not expire in 2 or 4 weeks. It should be available for when the costumer can make it there to use it. Farewell Rosatis. I hope you make changes for the remaining customers that have been a part of your years of success.
