Love this location it’s always clean and the staff is always friendly! If you go, I suggest to order the vegan dark chocolate banana smoothie. It’s not on their main menu however, it use to be on the old menu and you still can order it. They will make it for you. Thank me later! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Lack of customer service would be an understatement. At this location you get to stand uncomfortably for your smoothies in a seatless lobby. At least you can fill in the time by watching the staff relax in the back. I love Smoothie King, but this location could make any regular customer turn away for good! It’s an insult for the customers and a waste of their valuable time.

I got a smoothie bowl, and generally they’re filled to the top like in the photos. Mine looks literally half eaten, there’s barely anything in it for a whopping $16….person working said it was their new serving size, which if true, is very disappointing and will not come here again for smoothie bowls.
Does this look nearly enough for $12+ dollars. I was told “that’s how they fill it up now”. It looks like somebody already ate it. Won’t be coming back.

If I could leave no star i would. It wasn’t greeted when I arrived. I was ignored plus the fact I wanted to use the restroom before I placed my order. I was told that they don’t have a key for the restroom, which I do not believe. I asked, what do you do when someone needs to use the restroom? They said to go to Jersey Mike’s or to Starbucks. I reported it to Starbucks and they said they’ll send them a thank you card for sending their customers to them. I was greeted and welcomed at Starbucks, so I placed my order there after I use the restroom. These days Sam’s customer service isn’t necessary for the customers anymore and some places. I’ll have you know I’ll never step foot in smoothie king ever again. First of all their prices are outrageous and if they’re going to treat their customers that way, so be it. All I can say is people will get tired of it and say bye-bye smoothie king!!!
