I stop there to get a refresher for my granddaughter at least 3 times a week , always quick service and always have the order right , good place

This is my last time ordering from this location. This was my go to for two years, almost everyday. They literally know my order by heart.

The past month workers have left and the new workers are rude and very unkind. My drink was made incorrectly, when given the new drink I felt extremely uncomfortable taking it. The woman seemed irritated and inconvenienced. If you want good vibes and good coffee do not order here.

Do you guys even read the label with customizations?
EVERY TIME I go I get the same thing, EVERY TIME it's wrong. Don't ask them for a matcha latte cause you'll get 6473 scoops of matcha, green clumps and a chalk taste.
Ask them to remake it? You get the same thing.

They quick and ALWAYS get it right

first and last time trying this location. the worker taking orders on 02/27 was so very rude and even when i came to the window i had asked if i could please get a drink carrier and got no response.. the workers that day didn’t look happy to be there and neither did they sound like it.

This place all means people, you guys really need go back to take a big customers service class. All you guys I mean!!!!

Staff was horrible. Just looked at us and did nothing. I hope these people learn how to be nicer

A store should be serving customers who were in line PRIOR to the store closing. Having to wait over half an hour only to be turned away isn’t how you do business.

My drink was okay. I also patronized another business in the plaza. I parked in back between both stores. I noticed the employees kept coming out of the back door and glaring at me. Lol. I guess they didn't want someone sitting there while they vaped with the door hanging open. They could've been doing something productive, such as getting those long lines down or putting in the dumpster one of the ten bags of garbage sitting on the ground.

Ariel was my batista. She was super nice. Store was clean. Wait time was a few mins. Drinks came out hot and ready.
