The pretty lady this morning showed me how my drink is made which impressed me that she would even do that, most people don't even speak to you in there! I'm old school I'm almost 50 and I enjoy speaking face to face with one another, so thank you for that!

Went to order a Iced Pumpkin Spice Cream Chai, but apparently they didn’t know what I was talking about?! I went to look at the menu before hand on my phone and it showed the Iced Pumpkin Spice Cream Chai in stock! What the heck! It just ruined my whole mood for the day because I waited in such a long drive through line for something completely different

If you want to be treated like a paying customer don’t visit this Starbucks.
If you want your drink made correctly don’t visit this Starbucks.
If you want your drink lid to be snapped on don’t visit this Starbucks.
If you pay extra for items in your drink you will not receive them.
Go to another Starbucks where they are listening to concerns of customers.

There was this lady in a pink shirt and her friend were complaining about her caramel latte and she was making the environment totally uncomfortable for staff and customers in the store!

I witnessed this as she kept demanding the corporate number and district manager and made everyone else wait for their orders because she wouldn’t leave without it and I am gobsmacked at the fact that she took out her frustrations on the staff after they remade her order 3 TIMES!!

Your staff was kind, soft spoken, steadily working and they even told her to have a nice day afterwards, all while keeping their cool. That is highly commendable of them, so I hope leadership sees this review to get the other side of that lady’s story. Good job team!!

It’s decent with some available seating. Drinks are typical Starbucks nothing special. Staff seemed to hustle and be organized. However the way the front order counter is set up doesn’t make it obvious that you can order there. No employees were nearby when I walked in. Maybe that’s normal or they are short staffed.

But if you want to spend some time in a coffee shop this one does have some outlets and tables set up to make things easy.

I stop there to get a refresher for my granddaughter at least 3 times a week , always quick service and always have the order right , good place

This is my last time ordering from this location. This was my go to for two years, almost everyday. They literally know my order by heart.

The past month workers have left and the new workers are rude and very unkind. My drink was made incorrectly, when given the new drink I felt extremely uncomfortable taking it. The woman seemed irritated and inconvenienced. If you want good vibes and good coffee do not order here.

Do you guys even read the label with customizations?
EVERY TIME I go I get the same thing, EVERY TIME it's wrong. Don't ask them for a matcha latte cause you'll get 6473 scoops of matcha, green clumps and a chalk taste.
Ask them to remake it? You get the same thing.
