Stopped going there because they dropped the best Shake, they used to sell a fabulous Vinila Orange Shake. On my way back from Michican I was told they no longer sell it and the burgers got smaller.

Literally forgot my Cheese for my Cheesfries first of all, second.. the service was just completely awful and felt so rushed and pushy I knew i didn’t even want this food to begin with but to the worker who made this, count your damn days, and when I bring my receipt I expect a full blown refund and a sincere apology, I don’t want to be the Male Karen but I have to go that low because of how low they went with their own customer service, let this be the last time you guys forget something. (Not a single cheese cup in sight and this is what i literally just go there for..) 👎👎👎👎

Drove several miles to find this location. This is a great option for a hamburger and fries. Food was relatively cheap; however, on this visit we ordered 3 double hamburgers and only received 2 hamburgers with double meat and 1 with only a single patty. This was disappointing because the third burger was for my large dog...who only got a single burger because we didn't realize that one of the sandwiches wasn't a double. Food was good. Service was also good, but missing that 1 patty changed everything because we were forced to find more food for our service dog while out for several hours.

Ordered a burger with onions and cheese. Pretty decent. I am not a fan of shoe string fries, but these were ok. The service is automated as far as ordering inside, but there is a person there to help. You use your barcode to get drinks, which I had never seen before. I had the cookie dough shake for dessert. Definitely enough for two. The cookie dough aspect of it was OK. It wasn't too crowded for a Friday and is a good place if you have a book club. It wasn't too loud and the place was clean.

BEWARE! there has been an obvious change in Steak and Shake's business model. What used to be a great place to enjoy a sit down, being serviced, fun, relaxing environment, has now UN-included the very people that can make that happen. Which are the service team. You are now required to kiosk your order and pay. You are now required to pick up at kitchen windows and bring to table. You are now required to scan QR code to dispense soda every time. Typical corporate shift that has taken away its very identity as a restaurant destination. Now, you are only a typical drive up experience. Now you will be competing with the giants and probably go broke. I will not be returning based on this because, next, it will be the food quality that has to go to survive financially ups and downs.🤨
