This is my happy place in 8 years of going here. I had bad service 1 time. Great portions, great service, and the wait time is worth it. God bless these people.

First time dining in. My sister and I came for brunch and we really enjoyed! Food was great! Our server Brooke was really nice, friendly & attentive. We wanna try more of the menu so we’ll be back!

I was at the restaurant and someone I was with ordered the pot roast grilled cheese sandwich and the pot roast was very dry. The manager on staff Samantha stated that a replacement could not be made and that we would be charged for the sandwich. She refused to allow us to select something else without paying for both items. She also rude and nasty.

Food was amazing and service was great too! Just stinks this is one of the ONLY restaurants/food establishments we have been to that offer first responders discount however it doesn’t include prison officers as first responder’s when the FSLA has correctional officers as first responders. Oh well, we tried! Definitely thankful for the places that recognize it with correctional officers.

First time I went to this restaurant and it was packed. After waiting for a short while we were seated and our server came right over to us. Her name was Briana and she was AWESOME!! Very attentive and very accommodating. We placed our orders and were seeing other people's orders coming to their tables. The portions were huge (I got 2 meals out of my order). My friend and I will definitely be going back!! Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

I must admit this restaurant is serious about customer service which is most important to me. Someone from the restaurant reached out to me about a recent complaint I had with my order. The fact that they took the time and offered to fix the issue is impressive because I wasn’t expecting it; not many establishments will do that. Kudos to T&J!
