Food was amazing! I was really surprised for this to be a sports bar. Salmon Caesar salad was better than most 5 star restaurants! Fish tacos were great too. Meagan was our server and she was a sweetheart. Friendly and attentive! We will be back!

This visit was much better than our first visit. My salmon and potatoes we're tasty. However it would have been nice if we had a choice of a vegetable with our dinner. There is no salt or pepper at the table. My husband wanted to have a salad but they didn't have anything red like western. And they didn't have the options for vinegar/ oil dressing. However, our server Cam was very pleasant. The manager came to the table to check to see how we liked everything. We talked him about our 1st experience. And he was gladly gave them another chance. See you guys next time first.. Keep on improving.

We had a bigger group. Was told we couldn't go to the bar and order our own drinks as we had 1 server for 18 of us. Very under staffed. Many got correct food, some did not. No one bothered to come out and tell a few that they were out of a special plate. They had to ask where their food was as others were being served and they weren't!! Manager didn't seem to care!

Always enjoy visiting Twin Peaks. It was my first time visit to this location and they did not disappoint. Very well staffed with awesome service and good food. I really enjoyed sitting on the outside patio.

Terribly mismanaged. The food is the only thing going for this place. However, their operation is a total mess. I've been there a handful of times, and my experience has never been memorable. In fact, I was there the past two days, and during both visits I saw something extremely alarming. Both times one of the waitresses was sitting with a patron/admirer for a very extended period. Today she sat with the same guy for two hours while "working". The manager was nowhere to be found. You're going to pay your employees to play lovey-dovey while patrons are waiting for service? Whose management playbook says this behavior is acceptable? This is disgusting! The bartenders are atrocious. They never pay attention as to when the patrons are ready for another beer, and I'm not the only one who has experienced this. A close friend told me that he set his empty bottle on the edge of the drink rail and the bartenders kept walking right by him. This has happened to me every time I sit at the bar. Quite honestly, I think their main problem is that they have twice as many bartenders than they need - which is why they seem to spend the majority of their time talking with one another or their favorite customers. Lastly, the TV's aren't preset to the channels covering the men's NCAA Tournament... when we enter the building 10 minutes before game time, the TV's seem to have every sport on display except for the channels that cover the games. When you go to the reception desk to inquire about changing the channels, it takes 10-15 minutes for the staff to react. This is a sports bar? To me all these issues go back to the manager on premise. Is it that difficult to hire a manager with experience? All I can say is that this place has been a disappointment. If they don't "upright the ship", the customer base will soon erode. If I were the franchisee, I'd be very concerned about the $2.5M buildout they just sunk into this place.
