This service here for an Uber Eats pickup is horribly slow. First of all, it takes forever to be acknowledged and then even after you are, it takes them forever to get to preparing the order i'm completing it even when it's not that busy. They are as slow as snails and have mastered the art of wasting your time.

After the girl finally finished the drinks and it took a very long time to complete just two drinks after the food had been given to me, she was literally going to poke a hole in the bag to shove the straws in there. I'm sure the customer would have felt really secure with a hole in the bag when it arrived. I told her no, grabbed the straws and put them in the cup holder with the drinks. Common sense is needed at this restaurant.

I did a delivery of food from here while my car was in the shop. Though my delivery driver was fabulous, I have seen some things!!! I am so grateful for their anti-crackhead packaging of the food and drink so that you know you got what they put out for delivery. Nice job!!!

I couldn’t even give the FOOD a review bc I couldn’t order while 2 ladies talked while I stood there and waited one even said hi while she was cleaning the the floor and couldn’t even take my order!!! The other woman looked like a manger bravo lady you suck at what you do!!! Customers are waiting for food and you look right at me and don’t even acknowledge me never again! Ran by piss poor management while the one kid was cooking! What a shame

The customer service was not the greatest it's saying the store the employees were either tired or just didn't want to be there. The fries were old and cold. The burgers had pickles on them after I clearly asked not to put them on it.

Place sucks, not what it was. Current employees can't follow simple directions or get simple orders correct. They're too busy getting lost in their rap music. They also don't pay attention to the amount of change they give back (shorting customers) and when you go back to address such issues they have an attitude as if it's our fault. This location needs to do better!
