Ordered the panko fish sandwich and Asked for fries to be dropped fresh. So disappointed, no tartar sauce and the fish was dark brown, over fried and tasted so bitter from the cooking oil. And the fries were worse, nothing fresh about them. Tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time. I could smell the old oil when I opened the bag. Threw the entire meal away, which is a shame because with the cost of fast food now being so high now.

Either they don’t know what toast is or the toaster doesn’t work at this location, you have to travel to Hammond or Merrillville to get a real White Castle breakfast toast sandwhich this location has served it this way every single time I know countless number of people who had complained about the same issue

I've been eating white castle my whole life. My favorite fast food ever. They taste very different now. Something has changed and I'm sad about it. The meat is horrible now. The ordering is automated now. There's nothing friendly or personal about the whole process. I guess I'm done with White Castle
