I’ve been hooked on this place every since 2003. The location on Columbia was my original go to spot. But i saw they have a location in Schereville. I don’t live in the area anymore, but I’m frequently in town and i buy 5 every time. 2 to eat, 3 for the drive back to Minnesota.

Horrible cheesefries reg.fries with a piece of cheese on and microwaved. BBQ only had BBQ sauce on top and microwaved. I've never had a bad experience at this store before. Very disappointed.

I love the chili, cheese, beef fries with peppers and pickles! The young lady who serves at the drive up window is soooo wonderful. I'm so sorry that I have failed to ask her name. She's friendly, cheerful, and courteous. God bless you, and thanks for brightening up my day!

Stopped tonight with the kids to get dinner and when I got home I noticed we were short the fries with our combos. Brandi at first wanted to argue with me. ummm if I had my entire order I couldn't have called in. considering I spent $45 I'd like all my food. She told me I couldn't come back because they were closing early as their manager left in an ambulance. ok I understand things happen, things were calm and the guy was mopping when I pulled into the drive thru. Was put on hold so she could contact Kristina the manager. I heard her complain about me me calling in, she couldn't find my ticket and the guy took her fkn garbage out already and she couldn't pull my ticket up. she then told me fries didn't come with my sandwich because I didn't get drinks, but I did get drinks I didn't get my fries. She then thought I hung up..... Is there someone above Kristina and Brandi? I'm a manager myself and I'd never talk that way to a customer nor an employee while thinking the customer hung up.

They changed the chilli , and it is the blandest I ever had. Don't even bother with the chilli cheese fries anymore, not worth the money after they jacked up the prices and changed the chilli. The roast beef is still good, but not worth the money your paying for it.
