“Holy cow, ordered online, when I get there they tell me they're out of breasts and ask which pieces I'd like to substitute.I said it didn't matter, just throw a few extra pieces since it's breasts pieces would be missing, 8 piece became a 12 piece!Oooohh, they also told me they were out biscuits but had just put some in the oven. Quite a few minutes, after I was asked to pull up an employee comes out to apologize that they hadn't put any biscuits in earlier and it'd be another 15 minutes.I ended up with 4 cakes, delicious btw, 2 things of fries, an extra mac and cheese and coleslaw. All family size.Glad to see some places still have great customer service. Just remember we're all human, we all mistakes.“
“Stopped in for lunch on my way home. Got a medium thin crust and it was exactly what I wanted. They had it on the table fast and my only complaint is that they were out of ice tea. Great service though and I haven't had a thin crust pepperoni in a while and it was perfect.“
“Picked up some chicken in the drive through while on a road trip. Tough to eat fried chicken in the car while driving. But I stuck with it and figured it out. The biscuits are buttery tasting and go down smooth. Bought an apple pie thing on suggestion from the drive through person. I didn't eat it but my son took a bite. Just one bite. I would probably get this stuff again. But usually I eat at home. No biggie.Vegetarian options: Uhhh.... It's a chicken restaurant. Just eat meat! Plants want you to die.“
“Place is always clean, fast, and mostly friendly. I enjoy the employee conversations. They always crack me up. The new bowls for the poppers are awesome. It kept my sauce in and I could shake it to recoat any that weren't to my liking. The holes even fit the fork I asked for which they had?! The papa bowls have saved me so much on paper towels. Thanks for getting those so you have forks. Will return.“
