My husband and i took our grandchildren to have dinner. Upon arriving we were seated and handed our menus promptly, our server took our drink order and we informed her we were also ready to order. She proceeded to take our order, then that was it. Didnt see her again. After about 20 mins i finally asked another server if she coukd get our drinks (because looking around didnt see our server). This young lady went to find our server to tell her about our drinks. Same lady then got our food out of the window and brought it to us, then our server showed up with our drinks. I ordered coke and my husband ordered diet, she mixed them ip and gave me the diet. I order country fried steak with scrambled eggs with cheese but instead they put the cheese on my hashbrowns. Our server finally comes to check in us and i tell her i think she mixed the drinks up and she said "soo what do you want me to do" (not nastily) but i assume she thought we would just trade drinks, but i asked her to bring me a new one. Alot of the servers were standing in a corner where some patrons were dining and chit chatting with them. Needless to say it was a complete disappointment.our server was brooke, brookie or brooklyn. Something along those lines

The food here is delicious. The cooks deserve a raise. However, the service is terrible. Last time we dined in, they were out of pancakes and didn’t tell us until after bringing out our drinks so we couldn’t leave. We were only there for our toddler who wanted a pancake to celebrate a recent accomplishment.Tonight, my husband picked up food to go. When I first tried to order to go, I was told they weren’t taking to gos because they were “kind of busy inside” and to call back in 15 minutes to place an order.I waited 15 minutes and placed an order online and tipped when I paid online. When my husband got our food, he heard them as he walked out the door commenting on how he “didn’t tip so I left out the syrup and silverware.” — I had already tipped 15% gratuity online. When he got home, there was no silverware and no syrup. Thankfully, I keep syrup in the fridge. However, what if he had been traveling or going somewhere instead of home? The entire experience was totally unacceptable to say the least.

It has been a while since I've been to a Denny's and this will probably be the last time! The service was slow, food was cold and didn't taste very good! I don't know if the restaurant was short staffed but, they weren't busy at all. Hopefully, it was just an off day! Eating out has gotten too expensive to have these "bad days".... it cost $60 including tip for 4 people to have breakfast!

We hadn't been here in quite awhile because of the service and poor food quality...well, wouldn't you know they haven't changed a bit!! My husband ordered double burger and got 1 patty, my burger wasnt done, we never received ANY refills on our drinks!! We will NOT be back!

Oil in the deep fryer should have been changed at least 2 weeks ago, onion rings were greasy and had a wanky taste too them ,chicken fried steak was also greasy,watery, no taste except for rancid taste. Gravy was tasteless and thin .This was a very big let down from previous times we have stopped in to have a meal.

Will not eat there again service was very bad tonight brought my food which looked like it had a lot of water in it had them take it back and fix another I had the potato skillet now I'm sick as a dog swollen stomach nausea definitely not feeling well they need better management there and they need to stop hiring people who are rude and can't do their job right I watched them bring some one else their food and they didn't get it right was not what he ordered wouldn't even make it right shows how well they care just not a place to go cracker barrel is way better and so worth the money and it's right there on the other side of KFC I joy cold food
