The only thing uncomfortable about this place is getting off the road. The place is nice, clean, and the food is pretty good. Better is the people working in it. Today when my group and I got our food the server apologized for the extra wait on a hamburger. They gave the one of us fresher fries in case theirs got cold during the wait.
This place is usually where I stop at while driving down to Kentucky and it's nice to see the consistency.

Hardee's in Scottsburg has received mixed reviews from its customers. Many have praised the friendly and polite staff, including a specific mention of a helpful young man named Marshall and the manager Amanda, who goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The restaurant is noted for being clean and providing fast service with a smile.
However, some food items have drawn criticism. The snack wraps were described as disappointing, lacking in ingredients, and the apple turnover was labeled bland. Despite these food issues, the overall cleanliness and customer service have received positive feedback.
The chicken tenders are highlighted as a standout item, often cooked perfectly, although some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with portion sizes. While the dining experience varies, the friendly staff and clean environment make Hardee's a more enjoyable fast food option compared to other locations.
