I placed a mobile order, and waited for the notification to let me know my order was ready. I went to the pickup window to pick up my completed order. The gentleman at the window checked for my order and said it wasn’t done yet then proceeded to tell me, he needed to help the person behind me. I then waited an additional almost five minutes. I don’t mind to wait, I just don’t understand why you’d mark an order as ready and it not be.
The Scottsburg Indiana location is truly one of the best! It's rare to get good service anywhere these days ,so when the service was exceptional (as in this case), it needs to be recognized. And the Scottsburg General Manager, Michael, went above and beyond in helping me with a situation and doing way more than was needed and he is a prime example of how great customer service and great managers still exist! We will definitely be a repeat customer and will always remember...
