We ordered take out a Mac and cheese burger and cheese steak sandwich. The food was ice cold and seemed like it had been sitting awhile even though we were there at the agreed upon time. I have always had good food and service prior visits so I may eat in person again but I will never carry out again. Maybe having a separate area for pickup so you don't have to wait in line at the hostess stand behind customers waiting to be seated ?
We have been to Flipdaddy’s several times in hopes for better burgers and better service. Tonight was the last time we will there. My husband and I sat at the bar and we ordered an appetizer platter and a Flipdaddy’s original. Nothing crazy or hard. Our burger was completely forgotten about. When asked to just take it off the bill no questions were asked, but we were hoping for an explanation of some sorts. The steak was grossly undercooked and full of fat, the chips were stale and the fish was chewy like it had been sitting or cooked too long. Will never go back.
