My mom and I went and had a coupon for a 2 piece meal $5.99. We ordered 2, and the total was $17 something. OK, we could only use the coupon once, had we known we would have gotten something different. Got home, mine was missing a biscuit and each of our legs were half gone 😞🤬
My husband and I went to this Scottsburg KFC location on Friday, Dec.1, 2023. My husband forgot to say he wanted his chicken sandwich plain. I wiped the mayonnaise off his sandwich and told him to go ask for a new bun. They just made him a new sandwich.
The food was fresh and the workers were friendly, especially the older lady who was training. I’m thinking she may have been the manager. We will definitely be back.
It's the worst buffet I have ever been to... we have been there at different times and different days and it's always the same...there is never any chicken ready and if you ask for more they walk away and put out a few pieces about 20 minutes later with people standing around looking for chicken and the side dishes sit out for so long that I would not eat it's all dried out.. employees are rude when asking for food for buffet..
