I had a coupon for a free roast beef and then I ordered additional roast beef and a double roast beef and my order is like $12 and some change and I ordered at 7:45 PM tonight and when I get to the drive-through to get my mobile order They have no roast beef so why would it have been blocked on the app? It should’ve let me ordered, and I said it could be a few days before I get my money back I didn’t. I didn’t have enough my bank account to go somewhere else to order more food For my grandson and husband. We all three got a sandwich. He got the double roast beef and my grandson both got a regular roast beef and it just kind of sucks cause I get paid tomorrow night at midnight but I didn’t have enough money to go somewhere else so I’m definitely not happy at the Salisbury locationeven though it’s closer for me I won’t be back. I wasn’t offered anything.

Worst Arbys I've been too. Ran out of Roast beef on a Friday night when nothing is going on around town. Lobby locked up and forced to used drive thru. If u have no roast beef, that means u have a very limited menu, so why was everything old and cold? Contacted the store and offered a free regular sandwich instead of re-making or refunding my order. Hope this store will be out of business soon, because their customer service and management is horrible!

I should have known when I saw the drive-thru was empty at 5:30 on a Friday night.. ordered the loaded Italian sub with fries Fries were cold and the sandwich was a mess. They slopped a ton of Italian dressing on it so it was falling apart. Trying to eat it.

I stopped by Arby’s for a quick lunch, drawn in by the familiar sign and the promise of something different than the usual burger spots. The interior was clean and the staff was polite, though not particularly enthusiastic. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink. The sandwich was decent—the beef had a nice flavor, but the bun was a bit too soft and didn’t hold up well. The fries were the highlight, crispy and seasoned just right, and they paired nicely with the tangy Arby’s sauce.
While the meal was satisfying enough, nothing really stood out as exceptional. The service was average, and the food, while consistent with what you’d expect from Arby’s, didn’t feel particularly fresh or memorable. It’s a solid option if you’re craving something quick and familiar, but not a place I’d go out of my way for. Overall, it’s dependable, but not impressive.

We drove here from Scottsburg since we were unable to get a dine in order there. Upon arrival we waited at least 8 minutes before being acknowledged and then had to wait another 10 mins before we were finally given a chance to place our order. The tables are janky and wound up spilling a drink due to poor maintenance. The food was acceptable but the service was unfriendly. Really disappointing since Arby’s is one of my favorite places to eat.

They're always out of something. I have no idea why but I've never been there and had them successfully be able to fill the order i want to place. Staff is nice enough. This is not my go to Arby's but it is in convenient location for our travels.
Walked in with no acknowledgement or greeting by the manager working and who looked right at us. Stood for a while waiting and finally left since being served was not going to happen. While it was late, the dining room was open for another 2 hours so we were not trying to eat as they were closing.

After a previous bad experience, I decided to give them another try. I ordered their new brisket sandwich, which was supposed to come with cheese, barbecue sauce, and onion straws. I asked for extra onion straws with the spicy barbecue sauce, but I got only two onion straws on my sandwich, with no sauce and no cheese. I think that's pretty ridiculous. I do not think I will be going back; I highly recommend you stay away.
