Went to the Sellersburg store Arrived at 9:50 am got sat immediately and sat at our table for 10 minutes before a server came and asked what we would like to drink. We went ahead and ordered since we had waited a bit and instead of bringing our drinks out she decided to go out and refill everyone else's. We sat there another 10 minutes and she never came out so we got up and left. I called the manager and he just apologized and wanted us to come back and give us a free meal but no, I think we'll take our business elsewhere. This isn't the first time it happened . The servers only want tips but not to work for them
Never had a bad cracker barrel experience. Always like the old time goodies.
It's down home cooking style food, is good.
Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere- this location has the new setup which is more open and brighter. Our food was incredible and disappeared faster than I had planned. But it was just that good.

I don't know what they've done to their biscuits, but they basically taste Luke burnt flour no taste, horrible. Absolutely no seasoning on meatloaf, potatoes and corn. Will not go back, and was looking so forward to it

The new look made the warmth and inviting feel disappear, Now it’s cold and boring like the food. Cracker Barrel is becoming Dennys and could soon be on the decline. We use to eat once a week and now with the prices increasing, the look/vibe loosing its soul and the food tasting less homemade we hardly go less than 5 times a year. It’s sad what was once a warm place to come and feel “at home” has been lost to new Corperate leaders trying to double their buck.
Everything was good
Our server Misty took great care of my wife and me. Our food came out fast and hot. My coffee cup was never empty. The food was prepared perfectly. The blueberry pancakes, let just say I could have eaten a huge stack they were delicious. Thank you Misty and thank you Cracker Barrel for a great meal.
