Stood at the hostess station for awhile waiting. A customer came up and jokingly ask if they could seat. When the hostess came she was very nice and took my order. The cashier that checked me out ( I think her name was Lind, not sure) was not friendly at all.Parking: Plenty of packing

We’ve liked to visit Cracker Barrel’s while traveling with family. This one was right next to our hotel and went for dinner. Atmosphere was nice as usual. Wait staff was all standing around at entrance to the kitchen, talking to one another and looking at their phones. It was ridiculous. Since when do people do this at work? Shouldn’t you at least try to make yourself look busy? They made no effort to hide their lack of enthusiasm. I was served my salad and had to walk to kitchen to ask for utensils because they weren’t brought to us. Turned out they had no silverware and must’ve been behind on washing because a few moments later a waitress brought out a basket and started walking around to other waiting tables. Food was mediocre, in general. After another bad experience in the Dells location in March and now this, we decided we don’t need to hurry back.

The workers are very nice but our food was subpar at best. Cracker Barrel has raised their prices and lowered the quality from what I can tell or maybe it was just this visit. Service was extremely slow and a little clueless.

After worker tried to spit and mess with my food, the general manager did nothing and allowed the young woman to remain working there. Wrote a note on my meal to add insult to injury. Do not recommend

A relative of mine just had major surgery and was coming home from the hospital and was craving Cracker Barrel so I placed a to go order and paid for it online. It said they would have the order ready at 3:48. My relative showed up at 3:45 and stood there until 4:20 to get their food. No one apologized for the wait. This is poor customer service. If this happened once, I’d understand. This has happened multiple times and other people in the restaurant complained of the same thing. Why have the technology for online ordering if you can’t fulfill the orders on time?

Cracker Barrel is and will always be my favorite restaurant! The atmosphere and employees make it feel like you are at home and eating a hearty meal.
Quick service, food was fresh and hot. Manager came by to ask how everything was. Server gave us lemonade to go.

The hostess wasn't very friendly, even though they weren't busy, was just stand offish ? Not a good first example. Waitress was also in a bad mood until it was close to tip time. My breakfast was just warm and that was ok, but my wife's meal was horrible. Tried to explain to manager, a young kid who could only say thats the way it is? Terrible service all around, except the cashier. She asked us how our experience was, I told her. Finally a sorry and unacceptable she stated. Was sweet wanted to give it to us free. Lol even though she couldn't, what a nice gesture and acknowledgement of out experience! What's happening to customer service?
