Just went and got a Blizzard from there....I got a medium M&M /Oreo mixed...it was awesome...had the m&Ms and oreos mixed all in it...not just at the top.

I get a simple frozen hot chocolate once or twice a week in the mornings and the last 5 times it’s been nothing but vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top. One time I asked for extra chocolate seen as the last couple times it had near none in it and they added coffee and then tried charging extra. Moral of the story don’t go in the morning they don’t care and just shove stuff out the window.

Where do I even start? They gave me rise, but it appeared to be rationed on top of that they were cold and we sat there for maybe 15 to 20 minutes lady at front window was rude Asked for a ketchup was given five packets for three meals was given no napkins very upset with service would never recommend to anybody

We ordered breakfast via drive through. The lady who took our order was extremely rude. Anyway, I ordered a ranch cup with my meal and she repeated the order back to me- she said ranch cup. So, I got to the window, she (the same lady) didn’t say thank you or anything. She was already rude. My food comes out and i ask her if there’s ranch in there (they never put it in there and i always get charged) and she said no. She huffed and puffed as she entered it in her computer. She told me it was going to be 99 cents. I told her that I asked for it when I ordered but she argued with me. She said “You literally didn’t, but alright. That’s still 99 cents”. Listen, i don’t have a problem with paying but if you’re gonna be that rude, keep your darn ranch cup

I come to this place quite a bit and I usually always have great service and good food. Biggest reason I rated a 3 was my drive thru experience today because the service at the drive thru would be a ZERO!! I went thru the drive thru for breakfast and whomever they have working the drive thru, I believe her name is Alicia-according to my receipt, shes an older lady and she just doesn't have great customer service skills. She cuts me off when ordering, acts like she cant hear me, and then enters the wrong item. Shes very rude and body language shows she just doesnt care about her job. I went inside to correct and the guy up front was super kind. Everyone in there was really nice and I can see everyone is busting their butts working but she's just off in the corner not really doing much but standing around. She went to walk out with an order and i thought she had my order and stopped to ask, she pretty much brushed me off and walked away. She would be the reason I would not come thru the drive thru. I'd much rather go inside and get taken care of by the front register than her at the drive thru. At least I know I'll get friendlier service there.

My husband and I come in here often. Each time, we are greeted by a friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and has a very friendly feel.
