Ordered a pepperoni pizza and 5 cheese macaroni. The pizza is the worst looking pizza I've ever seen. I was going to send it back but the kiddo got to it before I saw it. Sellersburg IN Heritage Square location needs to do some retraining and better quality control cause....damn.
I placed an order for a pizza and sandwich online. After 25 minutes and no notification, my husband went to check on it up only to be told they were out of ingredients, besides pepperoni and it would be at least an hour for the order to be ready. Could we not have been notified when the order was placed? Poor execution on Domino’s side. We ended up canceling the order.
Ordered late night pizza cause me and my kids were snowed in. Only for my family never to receive our pizza- i get it with icy conditions, drivers may get stuck or they may halt delivering entirely, but it’s weird they never communicated that with us, if they had I would have no issue, like I said I’m not going out on the roads either. I called several times over 2 hours, after our estimated delivery time, just to be ignored and placed on a never ending hold. I finally get a call back 4 hours AFTER our order was placed and am apologized to and told I’d be refunded, that by the time my order was placed that had no drivers. Odd you let me wait 4 hours with no update but okay, at least I’ll be refunded… and boy was I refunded, ONLY TO BE CHARGED AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING. Try calling the store again, because at this point I just want my money back and I’m ignored AGAIN.
Good luck trying to find corporates number to call and filling out their surveys and email inquiries are useless.
My son and I came in during the peak of the winter storm on Jan. 5th 2025. 2 women were working. They were an absolute delight and made our pizza fast and fresh!

We placed a pickup order and the tracker said it was ready. An employee asks for 5 more minutes. I waited at least another 10 before going in the store where I’m told they “thought someone else walked my order out” when we were the only car sitting outside in front of the store in the curbside area. Had I not gone in I might still be sitting there.
To make it better she marked my order complete before we waited the additional 10 mins or more so we didn’t get the order for free per dominos policy. My daughter just moved to the area and I can tell you where we won’t get pizza from next time…

Been to this dominos multiple times, my boyfriend has been flirted with and had compliments yelled at him the past 2 times we went and this time, the third time in a row of these occurrences, the same cashier that yelled "compliments" previously, Brittany, attempted to ask for his phone number just for buying 2 packs of ranch and forgot nearly everything about the order when told no.

Every time my family has ordered from here, the order is wrong. Every single time without fail. I myself don't eat the food from Domino's, I do not like their pizza. My kids, however, do, so we get it for them. The last time I actually went up there and the shift manager remade the entire order to correct it. That was appreciated, and I hope for my kids' sake, they get better.
Horrible Domino's. Save yourself the trouble and put in a frozen pizza! We get a notification that our pizza is on its way, over an hour later, still nothing (we live 3 miles away) we called and spoke to a manager (Garrat) he claimed they had one driver and it was an accident we got a text it was on its way. (Very rude and arrogant) 20 minutes later we check the app to see how much longer and it says "order complete" again we call and speak to Garrat who tells us the driver accidentally hit that the order was complete. We expressed concerns that our pizza had been riding around in someone's car for an hour and a half and would probably be cold by now. His response was "yelp" I told them to cancel our order and we wouldn't order from them again. Horrible store, rude and obviously are playing games and claims it's an accident. Frozen pizzas are 10X the quality of Domino's and u don't have to deal with the Horrible customer service at this location.

There was very little sausage on my large sausage pan pizza. But for the price, I guess it was ok.
