The Lady at the pick-up window was extremely rude, I've been going to this McDonald's for years. I ordered 2 5 dollar meals with a medium coke and medium sweet tea. When I got to the pick up window she handed 2 small drinks, I told her I asked for 2 mediums, she said you don't get medium drinks with the 5 dollars meals, I told her this was the first I was told this, her response was someone is lying to you, as long as she's working there i won't be going back!!

Positive Shout Out: Sellersburg McDonalds! My son got a late night craving, and when I got there I saw a sign that they had to close, but would be back open at 5 am. I was about to pull away, but the lady on the headset said hello, so instead, I asked if they were closed. She said, “Well, we close in 1 minute, so what can I get you?” She proceeded to let me place my order, and when I went to pay she was having trouble with my coupon code and asked the manager to help. I apologized and told them both I would have driven to another McDonalds and I felt bad they were trying to take care of me when they were supposed to be closing. They were both so nice, and said it wasn’t a problem at all. They got my coupon code to work, and then when I pulled to Window 2, I got all fresh, hot food. The younger girl working at Window 2 was equally as awesome, being very upbeat and positive. Great job! 👏

I went to McDonald's and Sellersburg Indiana I am a former manager of McDonald's years ago I would never treat my customers the way these people had treated me the management is hateful the employees are hateful very knowledgeable about their product I'm in retail have been in retail for the past 20 years if I treated my customers that way first off I wouldn't have a job second off my company wouldn't make money 5° weather outside now I'm sitting home with no food for myself and what I did get was wrong with an attitude and nobody would give me the number to their owner

This is a large property with room for any size rig or RV. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and my food order was perfect. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank McDonald's for allowing me to overnight.

Placed a mobile order, everything went through just fine on the app, money was taken out of the account, get to the restaurant they said they never received the money on their end and wouldn’t give us our food. Called the bank and spoke with them and they said because it was an accepted transaction through the store that they couldn’t refund it as we couldn’t prove the store didn’t give us our food. Manager said if the money didn’t get returned to our account that they would give us our money and our food in a couple of hours but what would be the difference in doing that and just giving us our food?

Just left there spent 30 minutes in drive thru to the rudest people working don't recommend going there at night then get my food it's wrong and cold and the guy just looks at us with not knowing what to do SMH fix my order
Drive thru backed up around the building, so I thought going inside would be quicker. The woman at the counter was good and nice, but took forever to get my food.i walked out and the drive thru was almost empty.eveidently drive thru takes precedence over inside sales. Won't be stopping there again.nothing fast about it.

Worst mcdonalds ever the employees are horrible and so is the service this place should be condemned.
So its been 4 years since my last review of this place nothing has changed still the worst McDonald's in the area. The drive thru worker was extremely rude and told me that they stopped doing breakfast at 10:30 bit I was waiting in line since 10:00 am whoever owns this place should be embarrassed by how terrible this establishment is.
09/15/24 they gave me cheese burgers instead of mcdoubles! go sit on a mcdick yall suck!

I order curbside to better use my app. I received confirmation plus an email plus my bank account was charged. 34 minutes of waiting I had to call and they were rude, rude when bringing out my food and it was the worst big mac ever. Bun has changed.
