I ordered online and thought I had two pizzas in my cart. It showed that way. I ended up getting a $25 cheese pizza. I called and the young guy on the phone laughed at me and sarcastically said Merry Christmas. I’ll never order Papa John’s again!

If there was a hlf star that would not be low enough for this review. The manager mark or whatever his name is just yelled at me,hung up.Then I called him back asked his name he said mark and he said you're banned from the store the reason why I was calling was to let them know they had messed my 5 topping pizza up again for the 50th time.I get a garden fresh pizza on half the pizza/the other half only green peppers and onion only because my son is picky eater.How do you mess that up weekly?And personally as a manager watch and make the orders as they come in everyweek he's there and still get it wrong.The way this guy talked to me no one should be treated that way for calmly and nicely informing them again that my order was messed up.Im glad he banned me because I should have not continued to do business where this incompetence continued so consistently. If you were to draw the order with crayons in bubble letters this guy would still not get it.If anyone knows who owns this location please let me know. I will be calling corporate or whoever I can to inform his superiors. I would NOT eat at this location the guy is out of control eventually going to get hurt or hurt someone with his anger issues I promise that.

Overall, pretty horrible experience my food was cold when it got here, handed it to me right out of the backseat of his car. Not his fault just a miss managed store do better. Papa John. Better ingredients. Better pizza terrible service wrong all the time.

Ordered a large spinach/tomato pizza and added pepperoni to it. Sadly I was unfortunately robbed by pepperoni goblins and did not get any on my pizza. Otherwise was an alright pizza.

After moving 7 times in the past 10 years I must say sellersburg papa is the best papa I've ordered from. Never been disappointed always prompt and pizzas are cook nearly to perfection.

If it's not the pairing deal, it's not worth it. Was thinking about ordering a stuffed crust pizza.. But seeing 2 topping would cost $24.50 for CARRYOUT?! Whaaaat?! That's insane, I will make my own thank you.

First time I’ve had this issue but had my pizza delivered and it was dry as a bone not an ounce of sauce on it. The driver knocked once and sat my boxes down on top of spider webs even though I did not instruct to leave my pizzas at the door. The boxes were also not taped up to prevent tampering. So 30 dollars later still hungry and gonna have to go get something to eat

Except for the occasional mistake like forgetting the extra dipping cups I paid for, this place does a good job. The pizza is always good and made well, and the delivery drivers still seem like normal people who are pleasant and courteous. They also seem to appreciate their tip, unlike some of the other pizza places around here.
