I ordered the pulled chicken dinner with potato salad & baked beans. The chicken had a weird taste to it, the potato salad tasted like pure mayonnaise and the butter on the Texas toast tasted old. The waitress was very friendly and professional. My husbands brisket was dry. Way too many TVs in there, while the music was blaring heavy metal. You could hear the kitchen staff laughing and talking loudly the whole time we were there. Definitely won’t be back. Wasted $17 on food that was bad it may me gag

The pulled pork sandwich on Texas Toast was phenomenal the Mac and cheese was ok my only complaint is that no one came to take my order when I sat at one of the tables so I ended up just ordering takeout which was surprisingly fast and the woman who took my order was kind
Parking: There’s lots of parking close to the entrance and two disabilities spot right up front
Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menu and the bar is separate from the dining area they also have pin ball machines

Went in with Co workers on lunch break. Food took 45 minutes to show up. Every single plate was cold. My brisket sandwich sat for so long before I got it the grease soaked into the bread and was falling apart. We had to ask the server over and over again for refills and sides. Everyone's meal came messed up and the server took 10 minutes or more to bring the right thing to us. Some of the worst food and service I've ever had. Will not recommend or go back even if it was free.

Went today for lunch right as they opened. We Got our drinks, 3 waters and a mt dew. (Cup was dirty). We Ordered some fried pickles and ordered our food. When our pickles came to our table we noticed they had a hair in them. The server was still standing at our table so we had her take them back. She said she would have them make another order and they would be right out. A few minutes later she returns with another order of pickles. Right on top was ANOTHER HAIR !!! it was fried in with the breading. I ask the server to just take them off I no longer wanted them. At this point you would think the manger would come and address the issues we was having. But nope we got a peak around the corner and I was still made to pay for a drink that I didn’t even get the chance to drink. Please do better !!!!!!!!!
We love Rubbin Butts. Our last visit, however, was sub par. Three of us had the chicken sandwich.I had requested the pork but they were out. The chicken was just huge chunks, not chopped up. Kept falling off the bun. Grissle pieces. Not the quality we've come to expect but will come again.

22.00 dollars for hard scraps of brisket. Most of it was so hard my little dog would not eat it ! It was a to-go meal at the end of the night. The food might be better if you get there early, but there is no way they should sell that brisket! Just say you’re out before selling that garbage that need's to be put in the trash !!!
