The employees here are always nice and do an excellent job. They care about their customers enough to even remember what some of their preferences are. That's not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I'll drive here instead. It's a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.

Went in with coupons should've been $11 plus tax..they no longer take coupons so it was $22.99 for a 6 inch and 1 footlong no drinks or chips. They don't even have flooring down,flies landing on vegetables and meat. They should post they don't take as he said "U.S. coupons"

The staff is always so nice! It is generally just one girl working, but they are always right there when you walk in. They have given me a free cookie (on not free cookie day!) and it just made my week! My go to is their club or chicken bacon ranch ?

This is quickly becoming my favorite lunch spot! The staff is friendly and they always make my sandwich just the way I like it. Plus, I like how clean the restaurant is. There's a Subway that's closer to my work, however it's worth the extra mile to get a good lunch. ?
