Please avoid this Wendy's like the plague, I doordashed them last night for me and someone else. I got no tomatoes on my Jr bacon burger because I'm allergic to tomatoes, and when I got the order it had tomatoes. No big deal, the other food was fine and the other person I got the food for enjoyed their Mushroom Bacon Burger until the next day when they got horrible food poisoning. I've always had issues with this Wendy's missing items but this is the worst experience I've ever had with them. I'm never going back to this one and if you value your health, don't go either.

What happened to Hot and Juicy!!!?? The burger I received should have been used as chili meat. Dry as a bone. I can't believe it was sent out the window,. I am sure they would not have eaten it themselves but fed it to a paying customer. Pitiful!! Last time I spend my money there.

Would've gave zero stars... they are slower than molasses. Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. Order was taken then told to pull around and wait on the other side of the building 🙄 now I'm pissing other drivers off bc im blocking the drive thru.... management go to Chick Fil A and learn how they make things run smoothly bc this is unacceptable....

I placed a delivery order and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese english muffin and had added a sausage patty to it and was charged for . When I received my order there was no sausage patty added . So I tried to call the restaurant 4 times and could never get through to the store.

It’s bad when they make you wait at the drive thru menu and it takes 15mins to take your order then they still pull you around to the front and there 2 cars waiting. Not busy at all this Wendy’s just sucks worst than Dave’s mom 😂

Ordered breakfast thru drive thru and was told to pull around to other side of building after I paid. Btw, they do this to stop their timer to make them appear more efficient. Then another vehicle ordered and was told to pull to other side of building and received their order before us and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Poor customer service and they need to be called out for this poor practice.
