Very good, Potato soup was delicious, need a little more potato pieces in it for me but was delicious,Turkey sandwich was so delicious the bread they used was very soft and good ! it's call ahead, which I didn't know, but We got in. They have some Rice Crispy Treats in there that are amazing. Waitress was very nice.

My wife and I began visiting Batar some years ago for a special anniversary lunch. We love the wooded setting that seasonally has beautiful flowers that we can enjoy walking through just before or after our meal. The reason we visit here is the rest that is built into this place. The music is calming (without a steady beat) there are no cell-phone conversations, and we do not feel rushed. It is peaceful. Lovely little cafe on edge of a forest glade. Reservation is a must just to be certain of a table. Just like mommas cafe very quaint. Service was impeccable . On arrival was asked to put mobile phone on mute and no conversations at the table , absolutely brilliant. The food was exceptional . If nearby a visit is a must.
