The staff were very kind but I could tell they were very short staffed and looked so exhausted. The food was fuel for the tank and not enjoyable. Also, my husband ended up with a stomach ache. The restaurant as a whole was unkempt and dirty. The tables were dirty, bathrooms were dirty. Again, I don't blame the staff. They were really trying their very best. I would not recommend this location.

I did an online order around 7:30 Friday evening. The sign outside says the hours are 10 to 10. When I arrived to pick up the order it was closed with a typed sign on the door that the store was closed. I went back the next day for a refund and was told that the manager was working on the refunds and it happened to several other people. I tried their online customer service via their website and was told I could only get a $15 coupon. Today I had to go through several other layers before I finally got someone to refund my money. Also when I went into the store the next day there was only 1 customer and no food in the warmer which indicated to me even bigger issue. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. Im sure it will be closing again before long. Worst customer service ever!

Got there. Drive through was lit up. Mid day. No one to take order and doors locked. This is the second establishment I've been to in Seymour that has this problem. It's extremely frustrating when you go somewhere within operating hours and it appears open but is not.

Sadly after reopening, I thought the wait time for fast food would be better than the past. I ordered 3 chicken tenders meals and the new chicken dip thingss for my grandbaby (tried ordering 2 sandwhiches but they were out. and was asked to park (there were 2 other cars pulled also). A car after me was pulled to park as well but we were the only 2 there, the previous 2 left, inside not busy and waited 33 minutes. Car after me got their food first. I don't mind a wait, I just can't understand a 33 minute wait when they didn't appear busy (this has happened to me at least 4x...making me late for work once. I don't like leaving negative, I love Popeyes but I how this improves our I fear my location will close again.

Place just needs to close all I wanted was a chicken sandwich wife calls me saying they have none because it's frozen? Y'all pathetic.
We stopped yesterday evening and ordered some chicken meals, biscuits and some sides. Also some pies. Asked for sauces too. Enough food for 6 people. Spent about $70. Got to the window and only saw a few people working and the man said it would only be about 10 minutes. Asked us to pull up. We waited 30 minutes and then went in and asked, they said it was almost ready. Then after 30 minutes they bring it out. We check the bags and NO pies! We go back in and they said they forgot and had to make them, another 16 minutes. That is a total of 1 hour 26 minutes. We are pissed 😡. By the time we get home the food needs heated up. Wow 😳 We thought we would give this Seymour,IN another chance. NEVER AGAIN 😞 😭 YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!

BUGS!!! This place has a cleanliness issue. I ordered a sweet tea and chicken sandwich. The sandwich was cold but fine, however when I reached the bottom of my sweet tea I was disgusted to find about 15 flies. That is unacceptable and I would highly advise avoiding this place. I'll never eat Popeyes again.

Menu on the drive-thru was off, guy said, sorry forgot to turn it on. Asked for blue cheese, guy said sorry they don't have that. Asked for honey mustard, sorry they don't have that. Finally got something ordered, and had to wait 15 minutes for our food. This is the worst popeyes I've ever been to. This location needs Jesus to save them.
