Went to go here to grab dinner and at 6:20pm all the doors were closed. Posted open till 7pm, but only allowing drive thru. Got back in the car and left. I love Popeyes but this was disappointing...

Just as bad as it always was....maybe worse.
I ordered ahead to save time...still waited a stupid amount of time and the food was gross and cold.
Out of Coke.....out of dr pepper .....out of sprite.....out of apple juice.....you know what, I'll take some vodka if you got it( I'll need it after this interaction). They all looked clueless and lost. I was really hoping it would better this time.....don't waste your time with them.
I’ll never go back again. I drive all the way to the other side of town for this.

The workers didn’t seem prepared for the dinner rush. We were missing a few legs and a whole meal. Mashed potatoes were cold, rice and beans were hard. No honey or butter in bag after asking… just disappointed in experience tonight. Was expecting better since they just reopened

Do Ice cold chicken sandwiches and room temperature fries sound good for lunch? Then have they got a deal for you.

So this just recently reopened. A lot of folks are happy but it seems like nothing has changed. I originally stop going because u always have something missing. I finally went back ready for some chicken. Checked my bag and an entire meal was missing. They have folks just standing around looking clueless. I went back to get my meal and they were nice but then when I asked for a sweet and spicy sauce the guy didn’t even look and handed me cocktail sauce. I hope the new owners actually hire a good manager because this sucks that we all have been waiting and they didn’t do anything to change it. Oh well.

Very disappointed that a great chicken place has gone to being like a McDonald's. Got rid of the good sides and ones they kept are about 4 bites and dried out for $4.00 for a small. Loved their dirty rice, got rid of, the red beans and rice, the rice is dry and hardly no red beans. So sad!

Closed one day and never reopened. Such a shame as I loved the spicy chicken sandwich, but I will not travel to the next town over jus to get a sandwich

Was going to the river for the day, I wanted something nutritional and flavorful. The spicy chicken hit the mark. Thanks

Popeyes has truly mastered the art of the spicy chicken sandwich! The flavors are super bold, the crunch is amazing, and each bite is properly seasoned. The pickles provide a nice crisp contrast, and the bun is toasted to perfection.Pro tip: Ask for extra sauce and pickles to enhance the already stellar experience. In my opinion, this is the only place to get a proper spicy chicken sandwich. Popeyes has set the bar high with this irresistibly tasty delight!
