We placed our orders ahead of time and we were going to pick up via drive through. We waited in the line and were told that our order wasn’t done and we needed to go back through the drive through or wait inside. It’s unfortunate when you even went out of your way to tip someone and they treat you so poorly. I know where my extra money will not be going.

The service wasn't bad, but the coffee and strawberry acai drinks we got were subpar. The iced caramel machiatto didn't taste much like coffee, and the strawberry acai drink was filled up to the top of the cup with ice, and was weak. Not sure how they are training the employees to make drinks here but they can do better. I'm not angry just disappointed...

Don’t order on app for drive through on Sunday. I got my order 30 mins later, and my bakery item was cold. Normally I let things slide but the prices are not cheap. This is not the first time I had an issue. One Monday I had an In store pickup I had to wait as well, even when it said it was ready!
